CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Cancellations made after 12:00 pm EST 48 hours prior to arrival will result in a full charge for the entire length of stay.
2. Cancellations made from 12:00 pm EST 13 days to 48 hours prior to arrival will result in a cancellation fee in the amount of the full deposit.
3. For cancellation of any reservations more than 14 days from first day of arrival, a $35 cancellation fee per room will be automatically charged.
4. For group bookings of 5 rooms or more, cancellations 30 days and more from day of arrival will result in a cancellation of $35 per room. Cancellations less than 30 days from day of arrival will result in a cancellation fee in the amount of the full deposit.
