Enjoy stunning views of the valley—with bamboo hardwood and natural slate floors throughout, travertine bathrooms, granite counters, teak furniture, and our exotic lava-rock bath house, we bring the elements indoors with incredible views from the expansive bay windows and numerous skylights. Screened lanais (decks) allow gentle Pacific breezes to pass through the houses, and are fabulous for stargazing and bird watching.
Our two spacious houses have recently been remodeled and are equipped with everything you’ll need to have an unforgettable experience while enjoying the comforts of home.
With both structures totaling over 5,000 square feet of livable space, they can easily accommodate up to 16 persons. The total bed count includes 1 Single(s), 2 Double(s), 4 Queen(s), 2 King(s).

Due to current Hawaii County rules we are required to shuttle all guests into Waipio Valley. Only residents of Hawaii Island with valid Hawaii drivers licences are permitted to drive the Waipio Valley Road. The first shuttle is free for up to 4 guests. Additional shuttles are priced at $200 per in and out shuttle. If you are planning a day trip out of the Valley please make sure to schedule in advance to ensure shuttle availability.

PETS - Pets are not permitted in rental unit under any conditions.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY – The maximum number of guests is limited to sixteen (16) persons. An additional charge or $50.00 per person per night for guests in addition to sixteen (16) will be assessed.
INCLUSIVE FEES – Rates include a one-time linen & towel setup. Amenity fees are included in the rental rate.
NO DAILY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE – While linens, bath towels and beach towels are included in the unit daily maid service is not included in the rental rate.

SEASONAL FLUCTUATIONS: 95% of the time, the road to the property is accessible; however, there is a small chance the road becomes inaccessible seasonally. In this occurrence, a full refund is available for dates you are unable to access the property.
GENERAL WEATHER AND FLIGHT DELAYS: Property owner is not responsible for events associated with guests delayed arrival or departure due to extreme weather. While we have been successful in getting all of our guests out of the valley in time for their flights with no delays, we highly recommend guests arrange additional accommodations on the Island for a day at the end of their stay to ensure a smooth transition to the airport and alleviate the stress in catching flights in a timely manner.
PARKING – Parking is limited to 3 vehicles. Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
WATER AND SEPTIC – The house is on a cesspool system. The cesspool system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than the provided rapid dissolve toilet paper. Pumping fees may be charged to guest if improper use of system is determined.
The tenant and guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless property owner Raoul Goff, personnel, administrators, directors and/or agents from and against all claims, demands, loss, liability of any kind and character, including cost of defense, arising out of or in any way connected with the tenant’s use of the property: in the event tenant or guests suffer personal/physical/property damage, injury, or loss. Raoul Goff, personnel, administrators, directors and/or agents are not responsible for lost or stolen items. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
