Tucked away on a quiet back lane, Fishers' Loft is a 4.5 star inn overlooking the harbour of Ship Cove. The Inn is a collection of structures which reflect the traditional architecture of Trinity Bay between 1850 and 1900. The buildings have been designed to ensure the visitor's comfort. Prices and Taxes
All room rates and prices listed are pre-tax. A 15% harmonized sales tax will be applied.
Room rates are to correspond directly with the pricing grid listed on our website under "rates and reservations". If a room rate has been accessed that does not correspond with these rates, the Inn reserves the right to change these rates to match the corresponding website pricing grid rate. In this scenario, the guest would be notified of the change and has the right to either cancel or change room types.
Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in is from 3:00pm-6:00pm on arrival day.
Check-out is by 11:00am on departure day.
Early check-ins and late check-outs may be accommodated with notice.
Full payment of guest charges (minus deposit amount, if taken) is required at the time of check-out.
Any damages to property caused by the guest will be charged to credit card on file.
Every room at Fishers' Loft has down bedding. If there is an allergy or sensitivity to down bedding, please contact us by phone or email at least one day before arrival so we can replace it with synthetic bedding.
Dining reservations are separate from accommodations and are not implied with a room reservation.
Meals are extra.
We serve a four-course set menu for dinner by reservation only. Dinner is $66 plus tax (beverages and gratuity not included). We have a seating at 5:15pm and 7:30pm daily, except in shoulder seasons, when we may combine to have only one seating at a different time.
Children under the age of 16 must eat at the 5:15pm seating.

The number of guests that can be accommodated at each seating is limited and we suggest making reservations well in advance to ensure availability.
We reserve the right to assign seating by the date the dining reservation was made.
Some food allergies and restrictions can be accommodated with advance notice.
You must be 18 years of age or older to book your own accommodations. Guests under the age of 18 must share a room with a parent or guardian.

Bookings of more than two rooms made through our website are subject to cancellation at the discretion of Fishers' Loft. In this scenario guests will be notified and given the option to cancel the booking, or accept our terms of group bookings and have the reservation altered accordingly by Fishers' Loft.
Most rooms at the Inn are maximum double occupancy, unless otherwise stated or requested directly with Fishers' Loft by phone or email. Ground floor Suites can accommodate a maximum of two adults and two children, or three adults, but cannot accommodate four adults. Third floor Suites can accommodate a maximum of two adults. Some Hilltop Rooms can accommodate a cot for a third adult or child, but must be requested directly by phone or email. There is a $25 + HST surcharge per night for each additional guest above two guests in a room that are above the age of 12 (no charge for additional guests under the age of 12).
Each of the six buildings on our property has free parking. Parking on the Inn's property is at your own risk. We will not be responsible for any damage caused to vehicles, unless directly caused by Inn staff.
Party and noise policy
If a disturbance is reported to the inn, one warning will be given to reduce noise. If this warning is not followed, the guest will forfeit all fees and costs for the total duration of their stay and will be asked to leave the Inn.
We have a strict quiet time policy after 10:30pm at night, after which guests are not to congregate in public spaces at the Inn and are to keep noise, music and televisions to a minimum. Noise complaints will be dealt with as stated above.
Fishers' Loft hosts events at certain times of the year (mostly during May and October). Such an event, conference, retreat, or other group gathering may be present during your stay. We strive to minimize any impact that these gatherings may have on those guests not participating.
