Property and Cancellation Policies :
This property has a 2 day cancellation policy. Failure to cancel within this time will result in a cancellation charge equal to the first night of your stay, unless otherwise stated above.
During normal season this property has a 48 hour cancellation policy. PLEASE check below for special season dates & conditions. There will be no charge, providing you notify us directly in writing by 00:00 two full days prior to arrival date. Any modification or cancellation made after this time will be charged the first night of the reservation. Any No-Show will be charged the equivalent of two nights.
Groups of over 6 people must contact directly with the hostel before booking.
Special Season conditions
1. Semana Santa 2022 (08 April - 17 de April 2022 inclusive.)
2. Feria de Abril 2022 (29 April – 08 de May 2022 Inclusive.)
During these two periods we have a 14 day cancellation policy. Any no-show, cancellation or modification made within 14 days of your arrival date will be charged the full amount of the reservation. We have the right to charge 50% of the reservation during this 14 day period. Any charges not accepted will have their reservation cancelled.

We require a valid ID or passport for each guest checking in. No copies, no driving license, no student cards accepted.
We do NOT accept guests under the age of 18 years old. You will be refused accommodation and will be charged the first night of your reservation.
