Reception - there is no open reception at the hostel. You can contact us by phone : +420 723 006 838
Check in - on your arrival day you will receive an email with all instructions how to enter your room. Check in is possible from 2pm
Check out - on your departure day you have to leave the room till 11am
Payment - we accept only credit card payment. No cash payment. On your arrival day the whole amount will be charged from your credit card. In case you choosed non-refundable price, the full amount is charged when you book.
Dormitory rooms - kids under 15years are not alowed to stay in dormitory rooms. All dormitory rooms have lockers for padlocks - you can use yours or buy at the reception for 5 EUR
Pets - you can stay with your pets only in private rooms, and they are not allowedto visit common areas.
Towels are not included, you can bring yours or buy one atthe reception for 5 EUR.
Breakfast can be ordered at the reception one day in advance.Price 5-10 EUR.
Luggage storage is only available from 8am to 11pm. It is notpossible to leave your luggage here if you arrive before 8 am, we are sorry.
Garage for your car, let us know in advance, we can book itfor you, it costs approx. 25 EUR per day
Airport pick-up for total price 25 EUR /car for 4 people.If you wish to book it, send us your arrival time and flight number. You paydirectly to the driver, but it needs to be ordered in advance.
