Property and Cancelation Policies :
A valid credit card and deposit equal to the first-night stay of each accommodation is required to guarantee reservations.
- Cancelling 30 days or more prior to arrival equals a $25 cancellation fee
- Cancelling within 30 days prior to arrival, but more than 7 days prior arrival equals the first-night stay deposit paid at time of booking, plus a $25 processing fee.
- Cancellation within 7 days of arrival equals forfeiture of the full amount paid, with no refund.
- COVID is NOT a reason to cancel without penalty - Cancellation policy applies in cases of personal illness & injury.
- Weather is NOT a reason to cancel without penalty - we are open 365 days a year in all weather conditions.
- Check-in time is after 4 pm Mountain / 3pm Pacific Time
- Check-out time is by 11 am Mountain / 10am Pacific Time
Nightly rental rate plus taxes & fees apply to all rooms & cabins reserved. Idaho 2% lodging tax, 6% sales tax, and a 4% US Forest Service Fee applies to all rooms & cabins reserved. VALID credit card and deposit equal to the first-night stay of each accommodation is required to guarantee reservations.
Well-behaved pets are permitted in our cabins & rooms for a $25 fee per pet per reservation.
Pets MUST be kept on leash while on lodge property for their own safety and for the safety of other guests, pets, & wildlife.

Terms and Conditions
- Prices and Taxes: Nightly Lodging rates are guaranteed at the time of booking. One night deposit required at time of booking, including taxes & fees. Cancellation 30 days or more prior arrival date is a $25 flat fee per accommodation booked. Cancellation within 30 days prior arrival is forfeiture of first-night deposit plus a $25 processing fee for each accommodation booked. Cancellation within 7 days is equal to the full amount of the reservation.

- Weather is NOT a reason to cancel without penalty - we are open 365 days a year in all weather conditions.
- Guest folio must be paid in full prior Check-out, for all incidental charges and fees.
- Traveling with Minors: Minors are welcome, but must be under adult supervision.
- Accessibility or Special Needs; Lochsa Lodge is ADA compliant, please call for additional details.
- Parking: Surface parking lot available for Overnight Cabin & Lodge Guests. Complimentary Parking for Country Store & Restaurant Guests.
- Hotel Events: Lochsa Lodge is open 365 days per year. Small events are possible; however, no exclusive use "buy-out" options.
- Dispute Resolution/Problems: All sales are final. Problems, if any, must be reported to Lodge front desk immediately so proactive resolution is possible. Complaints or problems at or after time of departure will be resolved on a case by case basis.
- Use of Personal information: Lochsa Lodge will not share nor sell personal information. Lochsa Lodge is 100% PCI compliant in order to protect our guests and their personal information.
- Liability:
Land(s) and Property at 115 Powell Road, Powell Idaho.
1. In consideration for receiving permission to be on the property/premises located at 115 Powell Road, Lolo MT 59847 owned and operated by Matthew Hohenstreet and Ruben Rostro of Lochsa Lodge Resort Inc., I hereby release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue, Lochsa Lodge Resort Inc, its shareholders, owners, management, supervisors, agents and employees (hereinafter referred to as “releasees”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or relating to any loss, damage or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, my employees, subcontractors, guests or anyone else caused by or incidental to my electing to have access to this property/land, or to any property belonging to me, whether caused by the negligence of the releasees, or otherwise, while on or upon the premises, while in transit to or from the premises, or in any place or places connected with the premises. I understand the risks involved in being on this property/premises, and I recognize and agree to accept that any activity/activities involves risk of injury while being on this property/premises, and I assume all risks associated with it, including but not limited to property damage or loss, minor bodily injury, severe bodily injury, and death. I am voluntarily entering onto this property/premises with the knowledge of the risks involved and hereby agree to accept any and all inherent risks of property damage, bodily injury, or death.
2. I am fully aware of risks and hazards connected with being on the premises, and I am fully aware that there maybe risks and hazards unknown to me connected with being on the premises, and I hereby elect to voluntarily be on and upon, to enter upon the above named premises and engage in activities knowing that conditions may be hazardous, or may become hazardous or dangerous to me and my property. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks of loss, property damage or personal injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or any loss or damage to property owned by me, as a result of my being on the premises, whether caused by the negligence of releasees or otherwise.
3. I further hereby agree to indemnify and save and hold harmless the releasees and each of them, from any loss, liability, damage or costs they may incur due to my being on the premises, whether caused by the negligence of any or all of the releasees, or otherwise.4. It is my express intent that this Release shall bind me, my company or the employer who employs me to furnish services for which I have agreed to enter upon this property/premises, the members of my family and spouse, if I am alive, and my heirs, assigns and personal representative, if I am deceased, and shall be deemed as a Release, Waiver,Discharge and Covenant Not to Sue the above named releasees, their family members, officers, servants, agents and employees. In signing this Release, I acknowledge and represent that:
A. I have read the foregoing release, understand it, and voluntarily agree as my own free act and deed;
B. No oral representations, statements or inducements, apart from the foregoing written agreement, have been made.
C. I am at least eighteen (18) years of age and fully competent; if I am under eighteen (18) years of age, my parent or guardian may sign this document adding my name to the document.
D. I execute this Release for full, adequate and complete consideration fully intending to be bound by same.
