Daily Rates and pricing are subject to availability.
All Taxes and Fees are collected at time of sale; State tax is 6%, Local Occupancy tax is 5%.
Payment for your reservation allotted number of nights is due at time of check-in.
Guest must present a valid photo identification and authorized credit or debit card at time of check-in.
Reservations will be held until 7:00 AM the morning following your scheduled arrival date. If you do not arrive and do not cancel your reservation by the cancellation deadline, your credit card will be charged 1 night's stay plus tax.
All minors must be accompanied by an adult.
All guest rooms are non-smoking.  A $250 cleaning fee will be assessed for smoking in guest rooms.
Our rooms are not wheelchair accessible.
Limited parking is available. Please try to avoid trailers and large box trucks without prior notification.
Special events require a two-night minimum stay, and have a 30-day cancellation policy.
30-day cancellation policy for special events: Free cancellation up-to 30 days prior to arrival.  Reservations cancelled within 30 days of arrival will be charged one night room and tax.
This property is privately owned and management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind.  
COOKING, COOKING APPLIANCES, COMBUSTIBLES, OR FIREWORKS: The safety of our guests, staff, and this facility is extremely important to us. Preparation of food in guest rooms by any type of cooking appliances other than the microwave provided is prohibited. A minimum fee of $250 will be charged for cooking in a room, including, but not limited to coffee makers, hot plates/griddles, toaster ovens, water heaters, rice cookers, combustible, open flame, barbecue grill, burners, heating appliance, or any other item intended for cooking. Open fires, flames or cooking grills, either charcoal or gas, and fireworks are not allowed anywhere on The Stevens Motel property.
