Property and Cancelation Policies :
- Full payment is taken at the point of booking
- This is non-refundable under all circumstances
- We reserve the right to cancel your booking if we cannot charge your card
- Should Cohort have to cancel your booking due to unexpected closure a full refund will be given
- You can change your dates at no extra cost up until Midday the day before arrival
- Changing your dates is subject to availability
- Should we not have availability for new dates no refund will be given
- If the new dates are more expensive than your original dates you will be charged the difference
- If the new dates are less expensive than your original dates you will not be given a refund for the difference
- You will be able to cancel free of charge up until Midday, the day before arrival
- A valid credit / debit card must be supplied at the point of booking, the expiry date of this card must be after the check-out day of the booking.
- Your card will be pre-authorised at a rate of £1/accommodation/night; this will sit as a pending payment in your account for 5 - 10 days but no money will be taken from your account.
- PAYMENT IN FULL IS TAKEN ON ARRIVAL; please plan for that.
- NO DEPOSIT is taken at the point of booking
- The entire balance is taken on arrival at Cohort and must be paid in full prior to check-in
- Cancellations made by Midday the day before arrival will not incur any charges
- Cancellations made later than this will result in the entire booking being charged
- Your card will be pre-authorised at a rate of £1/accommodation/night, this pending payment will sit in your account for 5-10 days but will eventually drop out
- If we are unable to authorise the card we reserve the right to cancel the reservation

Terms and Conditions
- We welcome all children aged 3+ at the hostel and reserve the right to refuse your check-in and charge the full cost of the stay if you are travelling with a child younger than 3.
- If you are travelling with a child aged under the age of 12 you must book a private room.
- If you are under 18 please read our Age Policy here.
- If you are travelling as a Group (over 6 people) please read our Groups Policy here; please get in touch directly if you're unsure about anything.
- Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the hostel.
- You will be given a key card on arrival, there is a £2 charge for a lost or non-returned card.
- No excessive noise is to be made after 11:00pm.
- Latest check-out time is 10:00am on check-out day, failing to do so may incur a charge.
- Only hostel guests are allowed in their assigned rooms.
- Cohort aims to provide a friendly, peaceful and secure environment for our guests and we have a zero tolerance policy towards disruptive or anti-social behaviour. Any such behaviour, such as disturbances or use of social spaces outside of reception hours will incur financial penalties.We expect all guests to respect each other and our hostel policies.

- Every day from 8am until 11pm
- Check-in time is from 2pm until 10pm.
- Check-ins after 10pm are possible with prior arrangement. Please notify us ASAP if you think you will arrive late.
- Luggage can be stored at the hostel free of charge after check-out on the same day.
