Late check-out (after 11:00 AM and before 6:00 PM) may result in a fee.

Property and Cancelation Policies :

All cancellations must be notified in writing.

The following cancellation fees will apply:

Free cancellation up to 60 days before the arrival date.
A fee equivalent to 2 nights will be charged and is non-refundable for cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date.
The full reservation amount will be charged in case of cancellation less than 30 days before the arrival date or in case of a no-show.

Any started stay will be charged in full, and there will be no refund for unused nights.

Details of non-included taxes:

City tax: 200 XPF per night per adult, payable directly to the hotel upon check-out.

Refund policy:

Any started stay will be charged in full, and there will be no refund for unused nights.

If the cancellation of the stay is the responsibility of the APATOA Beach & Garden Village hotel, guests will be relocated to a hotel of equivalent or superior category and under the same conditions.

Force majeure:

Force majeure refers to any extraordinary event preventing the APATOA Beach & Garden Village hotel from fulfilling all or part of its obligations, including (but not limited to) natural disasters, acts of war, fires, government decisions, or health crises.

It is expressly agreed that force majeure excuses non-performance, and the APATOA Beach & Garden Village hotel can terminate all or part of the reservations without being held responsible.

Children policy:

Up to 2 years, babies sharing their parents' suite stay for free.

Up to 12 years, an half-board will be charged and based on the children's menu.

From 13 years old, adult conditions apply.

Minors policy:

In general, parents are responsible for their minor children. Minors are therefore under the responsibility of parents in rooms and common areas.

The establishment does not accept reservations if all occupants of the room are minors. No minor may occupy a room without the presence of an adult.

Access to the spa and gym is strictly prohibited for minors under 16.

Running and shouting are prohibited in the establishment, both day and night.

Transfer:

A transfer service to and from Raiatea Airport is available upon reservation and for an additional fee.
