If the guest cancels less than 7 days before check-in, the first night plus 50% of all nights after that may be deducted and the balance refunded. There will be no refund for cancellations within 48 hours of the expected arrival date.

Door code/Access
For our guests convenience smart locks have been installed. This allows the doors to be unlocked and accessed through your smart phone application. Details will be provided prior to your check in, alternatively a door code may be provided.
Cancellation Policy
Should you wish to cancel your stay with us for any reason, please contact our office in writing to advise the circumstances including dates you wish to change or cancel. If you are cancelling 7 days or more before your stay, you may be refunded with a deduction of cancellation fee of $100. If the guest cancels less than 7 days before check-in, the first night plus 50% of all nights after that may be deducted and the balance refunded. There will be no refund for cancellations less than 48 hours prior to check in date.
