  • If the client does not show up, he will have to pay the total price of the reservation.
  • The client will have to pay in advance the total price of the reservation during the 15 days before the arrival date.

Responsibility
The hotel is not liable for any disappearance or loss of money, jewelry or other valuables ( Hotel Piedra de Agua recommends the use of the safety box located at Front Desk). Neither the values left on your car or left in the hotel after your departure date.
Any property damage will be covered by the guest before departure. The amount will be stated by the Management. 

Force majeure
Force Majeure shall include, but are not limited to, the following facts or acts that prevent the affected Party from complying with its obligations derived from this Contract: natural phenomena such as storms, hurricanes, floods, landslides, lightning and earthquakes; fires; acts of war (declared or not); civil unrest, riots, insurrections, sabotage and terrorism; disasters due to the transfer of Materials, quarantine restrictions, epidemics, strikes or other labor disputes that are not due to the breach of an employment contract by the affected Party. It is expressly understood that Fortuitous Event or Force Majeure will not include economic difficulties or changes in market conditions (including difficulties in obtaining capital funds or financing).

Risk waivers
The Hotel has established a general liability insurance that may cover lossesor damages to you or your valuables during the stay in the Hotel. Like anyother insurance, our liability insurance is subject to exclusions andconditions.
