- Alcohol consuming is not permitted in public areas such as the reception area,Floating Gardens, Dolphin Lookout, Otters Romp, corridors, by the poolside orat pool areas.
- Smoking inside the room is not permitted.
- Room parties are not allowed.
- Only confirmed registered guests are permitted to stay in the room.
- Visitors are not allowed to stay overnight. No visitors are allowed loiteringin hotel compound or in the room after 22.00 ( 10.00pm). Non-registeredguests whom are found overnight in the hotel will be charged at RM100.00 perhead
- Excessive noise is not permitted. No loud music appliances eg portablespeakers/ amplifier allowed in the room / outside the room. Pleaseobey the quiet hours between 10.00pm ~7.00am .
- For safety reasons, please do not leave children unattended especially near theswimming pool , the beach & floating garden .
- Please take care to not stain the bed, bed linen & the towels. No ironingon the bed. RM50.00 will be issued for stained linen.
- Check out time is 12.00 noon . Late checkout can be considered with a charge ofRM50.00 per hour. ( Should you require late checkout, kindly request this fromthe receptionist. If the occupancy rate is not high, we can consider giving acomplimentary late checkout)
- The cleanliness & tidiness of the room and it’s surroundings must be takencare of by the guests.
