Non-refundable reservations and reservations with special promotional/discounted rates are subject to being charged 100% of the stay anytime prior to arrival, and are considered non-refundable and CANNOT be cancelled.
Terms and Conditions
All Reservations
All reservations must be guaranteed with a VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover Card. A minimum deposit equal to 50% of your stay is due at the time of booking (non-refundable reservations are subject to being charged up to 100% of your stay anytime prior to the arrival date). The remaining balance of your stay plus any additional charges accrued during your stay will be due at check-out. A valid picture ID and Credit Card will be required at check-in.
Credit Card Changes
Any credit card changes such as switching your payment to a different card after a deposit or balance is paid, or refunding a portion of your bill back to your card and charging the balance to another card or friend’s card will be subject to a minimum $50 “processing fee” or 6% of the total transaction amount, whichever is greater.
No Smoking
Dedicated to providing a clean, comfortable and relaxing environment for both our guests and staff, Rockport Harbor Hotel is proudly 100% SMOKE FREE. We ask that all guests refrain from smoking in all rooms, balconies, common areas, rooftop, and within 50 feet of the Hotel’s entrances during their stay. This includes smoking tobacco, marijuana, illegal drugs, e-cigarettes, vape pens/vaping, hookahs, incense, cigars, candle burning, or any other device that emits smoke or vapor. Guests will be asked to leave without reimbursement and assessed a minimum cleaning charge of $300 if it has been determined that they have been smoking in their room or other areas of the Hotel.
Dog Fees
There is a $50/dog/night fee for guests traveling with dogs. We allow a maximum of two dogs per room and do not discriminate on size or breed.
Rates, Taxes & Occupancy
Rates are double occupancy. If there are more than 2 guests per room, there is a $50/night additional charge per person for anyone age 16 and up and a $35/night additional charge for kids 15 and under. Toddlers & infants 3 years of age or younger stay free. Most rooms can only accommodate two guests, however, some of our suites can accommodate up to four (4) guests. Rates do not include a 9% Maine lodging tax and are subject to change without prior notice.
Parking
For guests who book directly with our property (online or by phone), we offer FREE overnight parking in our onsite private parking lot located on Sandy's Way, directly behind our hotel. For guests booking through a third-party travel agent, such as Booking.com or Expedia.com, we charge a $20 fee per night per vehicle. Upon arrival, park in any available parking space in our Sandy's Way parking lot and use our back entrance to enter the hotel. Upon check-in our front desk will provide you with a parking permit to place on your dash for the duration of your stay. During the peak summer months, we will provide complimentary off-site valet parking in our nearby satellite parking lot if necessary. Please lock your vehicle at all times as Rockport Harbor Hotel and its agents will not be responsible for loss or damage to cars parked in our designated lot. Understand that local street parking is limited to 2-hours and vehicles will be ticketed and/or towed if this time limit is exceeded. To avoid ticketing, please park in our lot at all times.
