Our home was built in 1902 and was originally the "day room" for the hospital at Fort Screven. It's tucked away on the north end of Tybee near the Lighthouse on Fort Screven. We have 4 live oaks nestled on the property with a beautiful garden, gazebo and front and back porches along with a marble pergola for your afternoon naps. The homes history and architecture draw in your interest and welcome you to a time long forgotten.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:
If cancelled 7 days prior to arrival there's no cancellation fee. If cancelled without requested notice you will be charged for 1st nights stay per # of rooms reserved.
50% of total price is due at the time of booking, the last half of wedding total is due 30 days prior to wedding. ALL funds will be non refundable at the time funds are collected.

Check-in time is 3:00 pm. We will be happy to check you in early if your room is available. Check out time is 11:00 am.
Our lobby hours are 7 am to 8 pm Sunday through Thursday and 7 am to 9 pm on Friday and Saturday. Please let us know ahead of time if you will be arriving after our lobby is closed. Arrangements will be made to process your check in before your arrival and your key will be left for you.
Free parking and complimentary breakfast are available to all our overnight guests. Some guest rooms are located on the second floor, there is no elevator and no bellhop. Please pack accordingly. No hourly rates available.
Items left behind and requested to be mailed will incur a minimum charge of $10 (the $10 minimum price is dependent upon destination, size and weight of the item(s) left behind that need to be shipped so please keep that in mind) and may take up to 30 days to receive. We apologize for any inconvenience. To avoid this, please be sure to thoroughly check your room for items that are of value to you prior to your departure.
We reserve the right to charge for any damage to or removal of items from the premises and/or unusual cleaning.
Damaged or missing items from rooms post check out will be charged to your card on file. These include but are not limited to remote controls, linens, pillows, mugs, room key, etc., Please inquire if you have any questions or concerns about this policy.
