Property and Cancelation Policies :
More than 30 days prior to arrival date: monies paid will be refunded in full after deduction of Camillo $150 administration fee + transaction fees.
Between 30 days and 14 days prior to arrival date: 50% of monies paid will be refunded after deduction of Camillo's $150 administration fee + transaction fees.
Less than 14 days prior to arrival date: 100% of monies paid will be forfeited.
Cancellations after check-in: Guest will be charged the total of the reserved stay under all circumstances.
If a Guest wishes to change the dates of the Booking where there are extenuating circumstances, Camillo House will consider the request on a case by case basis.

Payment
Full payment via credit card is required at the time of booking.
Check In and Check Out Times
Guests are welcome to check-in from 3 pm whilst check-out is at 10 am. Please email us at hello@camillohouse.com should you wish to arrange a late check-out.
Security Bond
A $1500 hold on a credit card is required 48 hours prior to your stay. 48 hours after your departure, this will be released pending no damages/charges.
Check In and Check Out
Guests are welcome to check-in from 3 pm whilst check-out is at 10 am. Should you wish to arrange a later check-out please email us at hello@camillohouse.com and we will let you know if this is possible.
Maximum Number of Guests
This property has been designed exclusively to accommodate a maximum of six guests. If you exceed this number, you may incur an additional fee.
Noise
Please be aware of and respect our neighbours. No outdoor noise is permitted between 10:30pm and 7:30 am, in line with the Mornington Peninsula Shire Council Short Stay Rental Accommodation Code of Conduct policies which apply in the Peninsula.
Car Parking
Guest parking for three vehicles is provided within the Camillo House premises. Please use the designated parking rather park on the street.
No Smoking
Smoking is prohibited inside and around Camillo House.
Parties and Events
No parties are allowed at Camillo House. Certain events may be held, but only if it is agreed upon and arranged in advance with us.
