House Rules:

- Community Team services hours: Monday to Sunday, 08:00 HRS - 20:00 HRS
- A credit card is required at check-in for a deposit authorization
- Smoking is not permitted in the building
- For short stays lasting less than 7 nights, our housekeeping team will not provide daily cleaning service in your room. However, should you require fresh towels or any specific assistance, please let us know during check-in
- For long stay (7 day +) reservations, room housekeeping cleaning service will be provided on a weekly basis. For more details, please check with our Community Team
- Starting from April 22, 2024, the welcome amenities kit will no longer include toothbrushes, toothpaste, and bottled water, in accordance with new regulations introduced by the Hong Kong government to control the use of disposable plastic products.
This kit includes two wooden toothbrushes with paper-packaged toothpaste and two pairs of cloth slippers. Additionally, bottled water can be purchased at the reception for HKD $5 per bottle
(770ml).
