Property and Cancelation Policies :
Full Charge/Full Deposit - Minus 4% card processing fee - If canceled prior to 7 days of arrival or within 24 hours of booking the reservation. To make it fair to all guests staying on our property, there are no exceptions to our cancellation policy. Terms and Conditions

Moapa Motel is a subsidiary of Chesters LV Inc.

We take a 100% deposit upon booking. Any remaining balances (such as but not limited to the full cost of the reservation plus taxes, additional amenities, adjustments to reservations, or upgrades) is charged 7 days before arrival and non-refundable upon the expiry of the free cancellation period. New reservations made less than 7 days before arrival will be charged the full amount. Minimum length of stay restrictions may apply to certain dates. We are a non-smoking property. One parking spot is included per room. 

Security Deposit

We process a $50 credit card authorization at the time of check in as a security deposit to ensure and maintain the quality of the motel. The security deposit should be released by your credit card issuing bank automatically in 3 workdays, but sometimes only in a 15-30 day period if there are no issues with the room. The security deposit/pre-authorization is not held by Moapa Motel and we do NOT charge your credit card. Any costs will be deducted from the deposit immediately if this is still possible. Any costs will be claimed by return if they are greater than the deposit or where the deposit has already been returned. Please note, immediate notification after check-out of any damages to, breakages in or issues with the motel is expected.

Pets Policy

Welcome to our Pet-Friendly Motel. By pet, we mean dogs, cats, or other pets. Unfortunately, we do not allow birds or other exotic animals. For the health, safety, and enjoyment of all our guests, staff, and owners the following Pet Policy has been established:
  1. There is a $10.00 PET FEE per dog or other pets, excluding an ADA-compliant Service Dog, per night which will appear as a separate charge as an add-on on your room receipt. TWO PET LIMIT.
  2. For in-person check-ins, the guest must declare/register each dog and/or ADA-compliant Service Dog by providing full information and signature required on a Pet Policy and Agreement and the Guest is responsible to abide by all policies strictly. For contactless check-ins, guests can self-declare their pets by personally listing the correct number of pets at the add-on portal.
  3. Pets must NEVER be left unattended in the room at any time, whether or not the pet is in a kennel crate or cage.
  4. $100.00 fee for unattended pet(s) in the motel rooms or motel parking lot. Unattended pet(s) may be removed from the room or hotel property by Motel staff and/or animal control without liability on the part of the motel and the guest will assume any/all costs for such removal.
  5. Pets must be leashed and under direct restraint at all times outside your room and/or on hotel property.
  6. We require each dog and/or ADA-compliant Service Dog to wear a collar or harness with current tags attached: identification and contact information, current license, and proof of current rabies vaccination.
  7. We adhere to the ADA definition of a Service Dog. When it is not obvious what service a Service Dog provides, Staff may ask two clarifying questions to determine eligibility28 CFR 36.302 (c) (6).
  8. There is a $60.00 fee for each undeclared/non-approved dog/pet brought into the hotel.
  9. There is a $100.00 cleaning fee, determined solely by management, for a room left in an unsatisfactory condition.
  10. Daily Housekeeping is required. The pet and/or ADA-compliant Service Dog must be removed from the room for housekeeping. Guests may not request an“IN” or “Do Not Disturb” status if they have a dog or pet.
  11. The Guest is liable for the health, safety, and welfare of their pets at all times.
  12. Guest agrees and authorizes Moapa Motel and Chesters LV Inc to assess charges to the credit card on file at booking/registration for any and all damages discovered prior to or after departure, including, but not limited to: pet odor and stains, repair or replacement of hotel property, excessive and/or exceptional cleaning or extermination charges, loss of hotel revenue caused by the dog, including an ADA compliant Service Dog28 CFR 36.302 (c) (8).
  13. Taxes are applicable to this charge. 

Motel Damages

The person(s) or party registering is responsible for all charges and/or any damages to the room, furnishings, fixtures, or property and agrees to reimburse MOTEL by the credit/debit card given at check-in and also give MOTEL authorization to do so should damage occur. Any missing furnishings, fixtures, appliances, towels, bedsheets, and property will be an added charged accordingly. Moapa Motel is not responsible for any overdraft fees incurred. Each room is identical and has the same number of appliances and motel properties inside. A strict inventory is taken at the time of guest check-out. If no damages or missing property in the room(s), no extra fees will be applied. Typical missing and motel damages include but not limited to:

Smoking Policy

All areas of the hotel are non-smoking, this includes in all rooms, balconies, corridors, public areas, restaurants, and bars. There are designated smoking areas within the property grounds. Failure to comply will result in a $50 charge to your guest account. Taxes are applicable to this charge. 

Occupancy at Moapa Motel

The number of adults should include all occupants 18 years of age and older. All guests registering must be 18 years of age (19-21 years of age required at some locations) and must present photo identification upon in-person check-in or upload a digital copy (passport or ID) on the online reservation portal. Children 17 years of age and under are free when occupying the same room with an adult family member. Occupancy may be restricted by local ordinances. Generally, one or two persons may occupy a room with one bed. No more than four persons may occupy a room with two beds. You may book up to one year in advance, based on availability. The maximum number of days that you may book online is 30. All guests registering must be 18 years of age or older (19-21 years of age required at some locations) and must present photo identification upon in-person check-in. Payment for your accommodations is required at check-in with an accepted credit card or debit card. Cash is not accepted. For third-party credit card payments, contact the location. The quality of the rooms are paid as is and guests will be notified beforehand of any damages to particular rooms. Check-in Time is 3 PM and Check-out Time is 11 AM. Rooms are typically available after 3 pm but contact the Motel if you require to check in before the Check-in Time. Guest should contact the location on the day of arrival for specific times if needed. 

Late Checkout: 
Late checkout fee is $30. There will be a charge of one extra day for anyone checking out after 2:00 PM. Taxes are applicable to this charge. 

No Shows: Guests who do not show up at their Check-in Time without prior notice will be marked as a no-show and will be charged the full amount of the reservation. The Motel has prepared and reserved the room for the guest for the duration of their stay after checking in.

Room Types and Beds

The maximum number of persons allowed in a room with one king, queen, or double bed is 2. The maximum number of persons allowed in a room with two queen or double beds is 4. An infant may be added to the total number of persons, provided that the Manager of the motel has a crib to accommodate the weight of the infant. 
Children Traveling with Parents and Occupying the Same Room:
  1. Children 17 and under must be occupying the same room with an adult family member. The online reservation process provides rates and room types to accommodate both the adults and children indicated on your reservation. Please make sure that you reserve a room that provides the number of beds to accommodate each guest (adults and children). You can indicate the number of children traveling with you on the booking page under Additional Information. 
  2. Sleeping bags, cots, or furniture of any kind may not be placed in a room by any guest. 

Room Payment / Advance Payment

At the time of check-in, all guests (whether individual or group reservations) must present valid, government-issued identification and may be required to present a valid credit, debit, or bank card or debit card that matches the name on the confirmed reservation and the ID provided. If the guest is using a bank card or debit card, the card may be authorized for the amount of the stay plus incidentals, and those funds may not be released for up to 2 weeks depending on individual bank policies. The Merchant is called Chesters LV on credit/debit transactions. Moapa Motel and Chesters LV Inc are not responsible for any overdraft fees incurred. Moapa Motel does not accept prepay voucher reservations. In addition, Moapa Motel does not accept money orders or cashier checks as a form of payment. Room charges are paid at registration or by 12 noon in advance of each subsequent night's stay. Payment may be made with a credit card (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or VISA) or with debit card through in-person check-ins. Advance payments may be made with credit card or debit card. Cash is not accepted. Refunds have a 4% card processing fee. In collaboration with local authorities, our location requires a photocopy of guest identification upon check-in either through front-desk staff during in-person check-in or through the digital check-in portal where customers can upload a copy for review.

Individual Reservations - Guarantee & Cancelation Policies

Reservations can be made at Moapa Motel by booking online at the Moapa Motel bookings website or through third-party sites. Call our front desk at +1 (702) 864-2277 for questions about the property or room availability. We regret that reservations may not be made more than one year in advance.

If it becomes necessary to cancel a reservation that you have sent in payment or guaranteed with your credit card, you must notify Moapa Motel 7 days prior to your Check-in Date and you will receive a cancellation number. 
 If booked less than 7 days before the check-in date, you have 24 hours to cancel the reservation. To make it fair to all guests staying on our property, there are no exceptions to our cancellation policy. Special Requests

Moapa Motel will make every effort to honor special requests when you make your reservation. However, the availability of these items cannot be guaranteed in advance. Our location offers facilities for the disabled. 

Group Reservations and Monthly Rates

Group reservations (ten or more rooms) require credit card guarantees or may require an advance payment deposit of the total charges for the first night's lodging. This deposit must be made at least 30 days before the arrival date. An invoice will be sent soon after the inquiry. Notification of cancellation will vary between 14 - 30 days prior to the arrival date.

Monthly Rate Plan
Monthly rates will be displayed on the booking site when the length of stay is set to greater than 30 days. The monthly discount will not be enabled on certain months. Certain policies for the Monthly Rate : 
  • Payment:
    • The full amount for your stay is required at the time of booking. Full payment will be collected upfront and is non-refundable after the cancellation window has passed.
  • Cancellation Policy:
    • Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled check-in date to receive a full refund. Any cancellations made after this time will incur a charge equivalent to the total amount of the booking.
  • Housekeeping:
    • For guests on our extended stay rate plan, housekeeping service is provided once a week. This includes fresh linens, towel exchange, light cleaning, and trash removal. If you require additional cleaning services during your stay, they are available for an extra fee.
  • Accessible Rooms

    Accessible rooms may be booked on the website. Roll-in showers and rails in the bathroom are part of the accessibility rooms. If you are not able to book the accessible room of your choice on this website, please call the property directly to inquire about additional availability.

    VAT/Taxes

    Nevada Lodging Tax may be collected after your stay.
