Property and Cancelation Policies :
Please review our cancelation policy below, which apply to all Confirmed Reservations. Cancelations must be communicated in writing to info@stnicholasranch.org to our office.
- Cancelations more than one week before check in will not be charged
- Cancelations between 2 and 7 days before check in will be charged 50% of total booking price
- Reservations canceled less than 48-hours before check in will be considered No Shows and charged full price

*If you are visiting our neighbors at the Life Giving Spring, you must contact them to confirm the blessing to visit and receive information from them before submitting your reservation request. Our current availability can be checked on our booking site without making a reservation.*
Reservations
- Reservations requests placed on our booking site, are not confirmed until the receipt of a reservation confirmation email.
- Reservation requests may be made in advance, however reservations are not typically confirmed until about 30 days prior to the beginning of your requested dates
- In the event of air travel or other circumstances which necessitate a confirmation prior to 30 days from your stay, please let us know in your reservation, via email, or by calling us.
- Confirmed reservations are guaranteed until the day of arrival. If no notice has been given and your party has not checked in, your rooms will be released and reservation cancelled.
Payment
- Credit or debit card information is collected from all guests at the time a reservation request is made.
- Payment cards are charged no more than 24 hours after check out or cancelation.
- If a guest desires to pay with cash or check, they will need to indicate as such during their reservation request and provide payment upon check out either to the office or in the appointed envelopes in a room.
- If St. Nicholas Ranch & Retreat Center does not receive cash or check payment, the guest's payment card will be charged.
- In the instance of a returned check, the payment card provided during the reservation request will be charged.
- All guests will be liable for any damage they cause during their stay
- In the instance of damaged property, the payment card provided will be charged for any needed repairs or replacements
