Reservations made via our standard rate & our direct booking rate must be canceled no later than 6:00 p.m. the day prior to the scheduled arrival date to avoid a fee for the first night’s room rate and taxes. If you would like to check out one (1) or more days early from an extended reservation, notice must be given to the front desk staff 24 hours prior to the updated departure date. Failure to provide proper notice of these changes will result in an additional charge of 1 night's room rate and taxes. Modifications can be made to any standard rate & direct booking rate reservations depending on availability, but changes made may incur additional fees to the reservation. Reservations should be canceled with your original booking partner. To cancel a reservation booked directly please contact us either by email at Hello@TheSapphireMotel.com or by calling (406) 587-3103.

Reservations made via our non-refundable rate plan require a full pre-payment of the room. This payment is non-refundable and reservation cancellations or modifications will forfeit any payments made to the reservation.

Terms and Conditions
Upon check-in, all reservations require valid photo identification, a credit card (Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Discover), email address, and phone number. The Sapphire Motel regrets to inform guests that we do not accept check payments, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. The complete reservation payment will be processed at the time of check-in, and guests must be 18 years or older to book or check in reservations.
Special accommodations, such as early and late check-ins, are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee. We kindly request that you make these requests in advance, before arriving at the motel property. While we cannot guarantee the availability of your room(s) before the scheduled check-in time, we will make every effort to be as accommodating as possible. For specific inquiries, please feel free to contact us.
Our front office is open daily from 6:30 AM to 11:00 PM. If your arrival is planned after our lobby hours, your room keys will be available in a coded lockbox. Please contact our front desk at least one day in advance to obtain further details. In the absence of prior communication, our front desk staff will initiate a call after 8:30 PM on the night of your check-in to discuss the possibility of a late check-in. Should you require assistance outside of our lobby hours, please reach out to Rocky Mountain Security at (406) 388-9380; they are available to assist you.
Pets and Damages:
For the comfort and well-being of all guests, pets are not allowed in guest rooms or on the patio lawn. Violators will incur a minimum cleaning fee of $150.00.Guests are responsible for all damages, including missing items, to the room(s) caused by themselves or their guests/invitees throughout their stay. The Sapphire Motel is designated as a non-smoking property, and smoking in any guest room will result in a minimum cleaning fee of $150.00.
