Reservations made via our standard rate & our direct booking rate must be canceled no later than 6:00 p.m. the day prior to the scheduled arrival date to avoid a fee for the first night’s room rate and taxes. If you would like to check out one (1) or more days early from an extended reservation, notice must be given to the front desk staff 24 hours prior to the updated departure date. Failure to provide proper notice of these changes will result in an additional charge of 1 night's room rate and taxes. Modifications can be made to any standard rate & direct booking rate reservations depending on availability, but changes made may incur additional fees to the reservation. Reservations should be canceled with your original booking partner. Non-Refundable Rates:
Reservations made via our non-refundable rate plan require a full pre-payment of the room. This payment is non-refundable and reservation cancellations or modifications will forfeit any payments made to the reservation.
Terms and Conditions
All reservations upon check-in require valid photo identification, credit card (Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Discover), email, and phone number. The Sapphire Motel will not accept any check payments, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. The full reservation payment will be processed at the time of check-in and guests must be 18 years or older in order to book or check-in reservations.

Pets and Damages:
Pets are prohibited in all guest rooms as well as on the patio lawn, violators will be charged a minimum cleaning fee of $150.00. You are liable for all damages (including missing items) to the room(s) caused by you or your guests/invitees for the duration of your stay. The Sapphire Motel is a non-smoking property and smoking in any guest room will result in a minimum cleaning fee of $150.00.
Lobby Hours and Late Arrivals:
Our front office is open daily from 6:30 a.m. until 11:00 p.m. If you plan on checking in after our lobby is scheduled to close, your room keys will be provided in a coded lock box. Please call our front desk one (1) day in advance to get further details. If no prior contact has been made, the front desk staff will call after 8:30 p.m. the night of your check-in to discuss the potential of a late check-in. If you require any assistance during the hours when the lobby is closed, please contact Rocky Mountain Security at (406) 388-9380, they will be there to assist you.
