ALL ROOMS ARE NON SMOKING. Evidence of smoking inside will result in a cleaning fee of $250.00 or more. The rooms are booked with a maximum number of guests. No additional guests will be permitted on resort property. Pets must be leashed while out of doors, and are not allowed in the pool area. Also, ill behaved, loud or dangerous pets will not be allowed. Pets are allowed on our private section of the beach only. Owners are required to clean up after their pets immediately. Damage to rooms &/or common areas will result in additional fees. Ice machine is in the Guest Laundry Room, which is accessible 24 hours a day. Extra essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags and more can be found there please help yourself. We provide change for the machines in the office during regular hours. Lounge/beach chairs must be left @ the beach shower area after use. Towel exchange is included in your stay, each room has a laundry bag in it at check in. Simply fill it with your used towels and place it in the laundry cart at the office by 1pm. Housekeeping will refresh and return fresh to your door by 4pm. Pool/beach towels are available at the office during business hours. Regular office hours are daily from 10 am to 4 pm, if you need assistance at any time and the office is empty, please call 941-488-1565. The public areas, (Tiki Hut, Pool, ect.) close at 10pm, NO loud music or parties. Parking is limited to 1 spot per room, 2 bedrooms have 2 parking spots. Other vehicles will be towed at owner’s expense. Bagged garbage can be placed in the cans in front of the dumpster garage, large trash& cardboard should go in the dumpster. Check In begins after 3pm and Check Out should be completed by 11am. At check out please leave your keys in the room. All fees and charges not paid prior to check out will be charged to the credit card on file. We are proud to be a family friendly resort that you & your family& friends can relax & enjoy we reserve the right to remove any persons(or party) who is being obscene, threatening, or is in any way spoiling the serenity of the resort for our other guests. No refunds will be issued for guests asked to leave during their stay. We reserve the right to refuse hospitality to anyone at anytime.
