Property and Cancelation Policies :
There are no refunds for no-shows, airline delays, strikes,
political unrest or acts of God, including hurricanes.
Refund rates are as follows:
• 91 + days prior to arrival - 100% refund
• 60 -90 days prior to arrival - 50% refund
• 45 days or less prior to arrival - No refund
Travel insurance is recommended.
Cancellation of reservations for which payment was guaranteed or for which a
deposit has been sent must reach the hotel by the hotel’s local hold time on the
cancellation date to avoid your credit card being charged or forfeiture of your deposit.
Cancellation numbers are issued at the time of cancellation provided the
reservation is canceled by the date and time specified in your email
confirmation details. Please make a note of your cancellation number for your
records in the event of questions regarding cancellation of guaranteed reservations.
Balance of payment will be collected at check in. Check in is at 2:00pm but we will make every effort to have your suite ready at arrival. Check out is at 11am. We can arrange to hold luggage at check in/out and you are welcome to use our outdoor amenities.

PLEASE NOTE - This is an adults-only (18 and over) boutique hotel - should guests arrive with anyone in the party under 18, or with more than 2 guests per suite, we will assist your party in finding other arrangements outside Playa De Sala Boutique Hotel. Prices are subject to change; please note Playa De Sala policy: pre-paid rooms are guaranteed. All prices are set by the competitive market and confirmed bookings are not price changeable. Guest agrees to pay the listed rate when the reservation is confirmed and pre-paid. This is also for all bookings arranged through third parties(OTA's), booking websites, travel agents, etc.
