Late Check-Out Hour: 1:00 PM
Late Check-out Fees: 50%
Late check out (after 10:00 AM and before 1:00 PM) may result in a fee.
Property and Cancellation Policies :
Full refund for cancelation made within 48 hours of booking if the check-in date is at least 14 days away.
50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in.
No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
Terms and Conditions
Pre-Authorization and DepositCreditcards will be authorized at time of booking, (room, cleaning and tax) plus a $1000.00 incidentals hold per room. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged providing upon room inspection, the room is found to be free of physical damage, smoking, theft or noise complaints from other guests.
Cash Payment Policy
Cash paying guests must settle room charge and taxes upon check in. In addition, a minimum $1000.00 incidental deposit is required.
Cash-paying guests (without credit cards)must produce photo identification and a $1000 security deposit, which is refundable upon room inspection and the room is found to be free of physical damage, smoking, theft or noise complaints from other guests.
Room Rates :Room Rates are based on maximum occupancy; please ask reception for more details.
Resort Passes (Day/Night) : Guests registered at time of booking are not required to purchase day or night passes (never exceeding the units maximum capacity). All additional guests must purchase a pass or passes in order to stay on resort property.Day Pass $35 + HST (10am - 7pm). Night Pass $100 + HST (7pm - 10am)
Cancel/Change: Full refund for cancelation made within 48 hours of booking if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancelations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancelations made within 7 days of check-in. All early departures will be charged the full room rate for all nights reserved.
Smoking: We are a non-smoking property. Guests found to have smoked in their guest room will be charged a $500.00 deep cleaning fee.
Candles: We do not permit the use of candles or open flame in the cottages and suites. You are more than welcome to bring electronic candles and use them instead.

Early Arrivals/Late Check Outs: We cannot guarantee an early arrival. Much depends on how busy the Resort is the night before your arrival, if the room you have been assigned was rented, how quickly that guests departs and how quickly housekeeping can get the room prepared for you. Requests for an early arrival should be noted on your reservation. For arrivals from noon to 2:00 pm we will do our best to accommodate, however we simply cannot guarantee. Where possible we are happy to extend a late check-out however there may be occasions when this is not possible. Please check with reception upon arrival to ensure you are able as fees would have to be applied. This will be charged to the credit card on file.
Limited Hours of Operation: Please note that our office hours are between 8:00amuntil 11:00 pm 7 days a week.
Lost and Found: Long Beach Resort claims no responsibility for lost or forgotten items. In the case where an items has been left behind and you contact us. We will do our best to locate the items and work with you for its return.
Noise and Disruptions: Please be aware and respectful of your neighbors. Quiet time is between 11:00 pm – 8:00 am in all cottages, suites, terraces, decks, balconies, beach and all other resort property. If a complaint occurs due to the negligence of those occupying a guest room, disorderly conduct, unlawful activities, or repeated noise complaints, the offending guests may be evicted and/or receive additional charges to their account. If a guest is evicted, they are not entitled to any refund.
Damage and Theft: Should hotel staff find any rooms or hotel property damaged, in any way; the hotel will charge the credit card responsible for the room for all damages and/or cleanup fees. That also applies to missing items however, we make every effort to rectify any damage internally prior to contracting specialists to make the repairs, and therefore will make every effort to keep any costs that guests would incur to a minimum.
