Cancellation & Refunds for Reservations During Holiday Dates: For reservations made for stays during Hotel-designated "Holiday Dates" (such "Holiday dates" include, but are not limited to: The week in November beginning the Saturday prior to American 'Thanksgiving' and ending on the Sunday following that day; December 18 through January 15; Easter week (beginning the Saturday prior to Easter Sunday itself; Or any other dates designated by the Hotel as "holiday dates" during any given year), cancellations with partial refunds are allowed if made more than 60-days prior to the arrival date ("60-day pre-arrival period"). For cancellations made outside the 60-day pre-arrival period, a cancellation charge in the amount of the first night reservation charge will be made. If a cancellation is made within the 60-day pre-arrival period, NO REFUNDS will be made by the hotel unless and until the Hotel is able to re-rent the room or rooms in question, and then the amount of any refund will be a net sum (calculated as the amount paid less all costs to the hotel for re-renting the subject room or rooms).
