Guest Responsibility
Hostel of Maine is a fully licensed hospitality establishment, but it is also our home and we are honored to be able to welcome guests into it. All guests are expected to treat staff, guests and property with courtesy & respect. This is done through abiding basic hostel etiquette:
- Respect quiet hours between 10pm - 7am
- If it’s not yours, don’t take it
- Keep your personal belongings within your own space
- Carry your key with you so you can come and go without issue
- If you know you have a sleep condition that will cause disturbance to other guests, book a private room
- Be mindful that you are sharing space with others; clean up after yourself and leave spaces as clean if not better than how you found them
Late Checkout/Early Arrivals
Checking in or out at 1pm can be accommodated as able and carries a $25 charge.
