On Sugarloaf's shuttle route, a half mile through the trails from the Outdoor Center, across the street from the Narrow Gauge Pathway and the Carrabassett River, Hostel Of Maine (HoME) is truly in the center of Maine's High Peaks region. We are your perfect spot for the bluebird days, wind holds, hot summer trail rides, swimming hole excursions, and more.
Kick back in our cozy bunk beds with outlets, privacy curtains, and reading lights, or enjoy a private room for your trip. All rooms have ensuite bathrooms, and we have more than 2000 sq/ft of common areas - plenty to find new friends or lose yourself in a book by the fire. We also accommodate large groups and if interested you can rent the entire lodge, just send us an email!
Our beer, wine, and cider selection is curated with primarily local Maine producers, but we will feature other small makers when we find a drink that makes sense. We also provide locally roasted organic coffee, a multitude of tea options, and a delicious continental breakfast which features pastries or homemade bread, fresh fruit, and spreads. We promise you won't leave hungry - you'll need your energy for the adventures that await you out our doorway.
Welcome HoME. We can't wait for you to get here!
