50% charge of reservation if canceled between 7 -2 days of reservation.
No charge if canceled before 7 days of reservation.
Large party bookings (4 or more rooms) and/or stays longer than 3 days: a 10% non-refundable deposit is required the day of booking. If canceled 30 days prior to arrival a 50% charge will apply. If canceled 2 weeks prior to arrival the full amount will be charged to card on file.

Price per room excludes taxes and fees. Full payment due upon check-in, management reserves the right to charge for damage to room. Smoking only in designated areas. Motel not liable for damaged or lost property. Parking on property reserved for paying guests only. Special events may have higher room rates than base price. All rooms are non-smoking, $250.00 will be charged for violations of the non-smoking policy. No pets allowed, $150.00 will be charged for violations. Management reserves the right to refuse lodging to anyone.
