About the Property
Baja Bliss BnB is a private hilltop estate located in the San Antonio de Las Minas neighborhood in Valle de Guadalupe. Perfect for group travelers ranging from 6-12 people, this property rental provides comfortable indoor and outdoor spaces, panoramic views and a taste of country living in the heart of wine country. Secured with a private gate entrance, groups have full access to the property amenities.
Main House
The main house includes 3 private suites including (1) California King and (2) Queen beds. The full kitchen, dining room and living room has direct access to the pool, outdoor dining and vista. Most groups make the main house and pool deck "home base" to enjoy the views, dine and connect with great company.
Casitas
Each casita is uniquely furnished and full of personality.
- In honor of the local property nickname, the first casita is named “Mariposa” and includes a King bed, fireplace and kitchenette.
- The second Casita, nicknamed Sol, boasts burnt orange and yellow walls and a mid-century modern orange chimney, matching the colors of the monarch butterfly. This casita includes a Queen bed and kitchenette.
- The third casita pays homage to the region’s wine culture, nicknamed Casita Cava for its private wine cave built underground into the property's hillside. This unique space includes a California King bed, large living room area and private wine cave. The large and airy Casita Cava has doubled as a pop-up spa, where guests have ordered in massages and wine tastings.
The property grounds include several areas for guest parking. Additionally, guests have access to (3) patio areas for sunrises, sunsets and star gazing.

Prices and Taxes
The nightly rate and taxes are as described in the invoice. If add-on services are provided, the price will be provided by our 3rd party vendors.
Payment and Terms at Check-in/Check-out
Property rental payment must be paid in full prior to 30 days of the check-in date. Check-in time is flexible and check-out time is by 3PM. Arrival and departure from the property must be communicated to the Baja Bliss Team.
Traveling with Minors
The Baja Bliss property is not “kid friendly”. If infants or children are to be included in the group, special permission must be granted by Baja Bliss BnB ownership.
Accessibility or Special Needs
Due to the property being built around natural boulders of the area, the multiple levels do not make the patios wheelchair accessible.
Parking
The property grounds can accommodate up to 6 vehicles.
Hotel Events
Hosting events outside of the guest total at booking is not permitted at this time. Special requests must be confirmed by the Baja Bliss Team.
Dispute Resolution/Issues
Any issues during your stay will be handled promptly by the Baja Bliss Team in a timely manner.
Use of Personal Information
Baja Bliss BnB does not have the right to use personal information of guests.
