-No partying, loud music, abusive or obscene behaviour.
-Illegal substances and Fire Arms are prohibited at the Resort.
-Suites are Non-Smoking.
-No washing of clothes or vehicles on Hotel's compound.No hanging of clothes on the Hotel's external rails.
-In the absence of Management's approval, a late check out fee is applicable.
-Resort Facilities are reserved exclusively for authorized guest only. Passadia bands can be purchased for visitors.
-Management reserves the right to refuse Rental to anyone.
-Parking at Cabana Side is reserved for In-House guests only.
-Failure to adhere to any of the above conditions would result in rejection without refund, also incidentals fee will be charged to room.
