Terms and Conditions
Check-in time is at 3 pm. Guests may arrive earlier and leave their luggage at the hostel but access to beds/rooms will be subject to availability until after 3 pm. Check-out time is at 12 noon. Later check-out times may be possible by prior arrangement with an additional charge and subject to availability. (In the absence of such prior arrangement, failure to check-out by 12 noon may result in the guest being charged for an additional night’s accommodation at the standard applicable rate. After check out, if you need to store you luggage on the day of departure please arrange it with reception. Valid photo identification in the form of a Passport is required at check-in. We require a $20/VND500,000 or your Passport as a deposit for each room and key card. The key card must be returned on check out. There will be a replacement fee of VND100.000 for the key card if it is not returned or lost. Full payment is to be made on arrival. Cash (USD and VND) and credit and debit card (Visa/MasterCard) are accepted with a 2 percent surcharge. American Express is accepted with a 3 per cent surcharge.
