**Hotel Guest Policy**
- All room rates include full breakfast and daily housekeeping
- Parking is available at no charge.
- Please contact our staff should you have any special needs or requests.
- Each room has a maximum guest limit, prices are based on double occupancy. Additional guest fee of $15 per night, $10 for children under 12 years of age.
**Check-In and Check-Out:**
- Check-in time is at 3:00 PM and check-out time is at 11:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. No check-ins will be accepted past 8:30 PM.
**Payment:**
- A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. Payment, cash or card, for your stay will be taken upon check-in. We accept all major credit cards.
**Deposit:**
- Reservations require a one night deposit.
- Upon arrival a USD$150 security deposit will be placed as a hold you the credit card.
**Cancellation Policy:**
- Deposit is fully refundable 30 days prior to check-in and will be non-refundable within 30 days.
- Reservations must be canceled at least 15 days prior to the check-in date to avoid additional cancellation fees. Cancellations within 15 days will result in a charge equivalent to your full stay.
**Smoking Policy:**
- Our property is 100% smoke-free. Smoking is not permitted in any indoor areas, including guest rooms and common areas. A cleaning fee of USD500.00 will be charged to guests who violate this policy. We do have designated outdoor smoking areas.
**Pet Policy:**
- Small dogs and service animals are allowed on the premises for a fee of USD$20.00. Large dogs are not allowed.
**Damages:**
- Guests will be held responsible for any damages caused to the hotel property or its contents during their stay. Charges for damages will be applied to the guest's credit card and/or deposit on file.
**Quiet Hours:**
- To ensure all guests have a comfortable stay, quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be considerate of others during this time.
**Lost and Found:**
- The hotel is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. If you have lost something during your stay, please contact the front desk for assistance. Items left behind will be held for 30 days before being donated or disposed of.
**Security and Safety:**
