Property and Cancelation Policies :
- Any modification of your reservation must be informed with due anticipation.
- Cancellations are free of charge up to 72 hours before the arrival date.
- The establishment may proceed to the pre-payment of your reservation once the free cancellation period has ended.
- In the event that the card does not have sufficient funds, we will automatically proceed to cancel the reservation.
- The establishment will proceed to the full charge of the reservation in case of no-show or cancellation within 72 hours before the arrival date.
- Refund, when applicable, will be made within 15 business days once the request is received.

These TERMS AND CONDITIONS are accepted when booking with us.
PAYMENT METHOD
The payment card and the name of the reservation must be the same, along with the proof of ID provided.
TAXES AND EXTRA CHARGES
- The 19% VAT is NOT INCLUDED and applies on the value of the accommodation for Colombians and foreigners residents of Colombia.
- We charge 3,000 pesos per day and person to offer unlimited water and eliminate plastic bottles.
- Payments by card are subject to a 3% transaction fee.
- Extra charge applies for groups larger than 8 people, please contact us before booking.
CANCELATION POLICIES
- Cancellations and modifications are free of charge up to 72 hours before the arrival date.
- The establishment may proceed to the pre-payment of your reservation once the free cancellation period has ended.
- The establishment will proceed to the full charge of the reservation in case of no-show or late cancellation.
- Refund, when applicable, will be made within 15 business days once the request is received.
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
- All guests must show the ID provided for the web checking at their arrival at Bohemia Beach.
- The accommodations are available at 3:00 PM. Check Out is until 11:00 AM.
- In case of not showing for Check Out, the pending total tab will be charged to the card associated with the reservation, with a 10% transaction fee.
- A fine equivalent to an additional night will be charged for Check Out after 11:00 AM without prior permission.
RULES
- Changing bed in the dormitories without approval will result in a fine of 50,000 COP.
- ALCOHOL, FOOD AND DRINKS FROM OUTSIDE ARE PROHIBITED and may cause the cancellation of your reservation.
- The use of loud speakers is not allowed in the rooms and in the common areas inside and in front of the establishment.
- Visitors are not allowed in shared dormitories. Visitors for private rooms must be announced at reception.
- Minors must be accompanied by adults and are not accepted in shared dormitories.
- Children under 2 years of age are not accepted in the establishment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
-The establishment is not responsible for injuries, physical and/or psychological damage of the guests and neither will compensation for payments or repairs be incurred.
-The establishment is not responsible for the loss of items and valuables or money that were not kept in safe, lockers or at the reception.
-In case of damage and theft of some of our facilities and equipment, the guest will be charged the amount of compensation equivalent to the investment.
-The establishment does not have a parking area and is not responsible for the integrity and safety of the vehicles parked on the road and/or the goods or belongings they contain.
WARNINGS
The exploitation and sexual abuse of minors are criminally and civilly punishable. (Law 679 of 2001, Art. 17).
The use of drugs or other narcotics in the establishment is prohibited.
