PAYMENT METHOD
The payment card must match the name on the reservation, along with the provided identification document. 

TAXES AND EXTRA CHARGES
- The 19% VAT is NOT INCLUDED and applies on the value of the accommodation for Colombians and foreigners residents of Colombia. 
- We charge 3,000 pesos per day and person to offer unlimited water and reduce plastic bottle waste. 
- Payments by card are subject to a 3% transaction fee. 
- An additional charge applies to groups of more than 8 people — please contact us before booking.

MODIFICATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY 
- Any modification to the reservation must be communicated in advance.
- Cancellations and modifications are free of charge up to 72 hours before the arrival date.
- The establishment will send a payment link to the email registered with the reservation 48 hours before the end of the free cancellation period, allowing the guest to proceed with payment.
- If neither payment nor a cancellation request is received before the end of the free cancellation period, Bohemia Beach will proceed with the automatic charge to the associated card (+ 5% administrative fee)
- If the card does not have sufficient funds, the reservation will be automatically canceled.
- If the guest does not show up or cancels within 72 hours before arrival, the establishment will retain the deposit charged.
- Refunds, when applicable, they will be processed within 15 days after the request has been approved.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
- All guests must present the ID provided during the online check-in upon arrival at Bohemia Beach. 
- Accommodations are available from 3:00 PM. Check Out is until 11:00 AM. 
- In case of not showing for check-out, the pending total tab will be charged to the card associated with the reservation, with a 10% penalty fee 
- Late check-out without prior authorization may be fined the value of one night of accommodation. 

RULES
- ALCOHOL, FOOD AND DRINKS FROM OUTSIDE ARE NOT ALLOWED within our facilities and may cause the cancellation of your reservation.
- Smoking inside and nearby the rooms & dormitories is strictly prohibited.
- Changing beds in shared dormitories without permission will result in a fine of 50,000 COP.
- The use of loud speakers is not allowed in our facilities and in front of the establishment.
- Visitors are not allowed in dormitories.
- Visitors for private rooms must be announced at reception.
- Minors must be accompanied by authorized adult(s) and are not allowed in shared dormitories.
- Children under 2 years of age are not accepted in the establishment. 

RESPONSIBILITIES
- The establishment is not responsible for injuries, physical and/or psychological damage of the guests and neither will compensation for payments or repairs be incurred.
- Bohemia Beach is not responsible for the loss of items, valuables, or money that are not stored in the dedicated safe or at reception (if no safe is available). 
- In case of damage and theft of some of our facilities and equipment, the guest will be charged the amount of compensation equivalent to the investment.
- The establishment does not have a parking area and is not responsible for the integrity and safety of the vehicles parked on the road and/or the goods or belongings they contain.

WARNINGS
The exploitation and sexual abuse of minors are criminally and civilly punishable. (Law 679 of 2001, Art. 17). 
The use of drugs or other narcotics in the establishment is prohibited.
We invite our guests and visitors to be cautious with sea currents.
