Terms and Conditions
- 2 night* minimum stay unless otherwise stated (*Villa and Beach House 3 night minimum).
- No refunds for early checkouts.
- All rooms are non-smoking rooms.
- No capacity for extra beds.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Prices are in USD and include breakfast.
The booking is complete when you receive a booking confirmation email from us. To guarantee your booking we need a valid form of payment. We accept payments via VISA, MasterCard, Amex or Bank Transfer. By entering your credit card information you accept our booking and cancellation policies.
A 50% deposit will be required upon booking to confirm your reservation, the remaining balanced will be charged 60 days before check-in.
Partial Charge - 20% of Full Stay - For any cancellations made up to 61 days of arrival.
Partial Charge - 50% of Full Stay - If canceled between 60 and 31 days of arrival.
Full Charge - 100% of Full Stay - Any cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will not be refunded.
We highly recommend obtaining adequate travel insurance to protect your investment in case you are unable to travel and need to cancel last minute.
Peak season bookings
Peak: 20/12/24 - 25/12/24, 02/01/25 - 06/01/25 4 night minimum. 100% deposit to confirm reservation, non refundable
New Years: 26/12/24 - 03/01/25, 8 night minimum. 100% deposit to confirm reservation, non refundable
Carnival: 27/02/24 - 06/03/24, 4 night minimum. 100% deposit to confirm reservation, non refundable
Cancellations
Any cancellations made less than 30 days will not be refunded and no credits will be issued. Posada Ayana cannot be made liable for cancellation fees, which arise from the (short term) cancellation of flights, any restrictions to which travel from your region is subject, the fact that you cannot travel due to a positive Covid-19 result or any other medical emergency or other reason. We strongly recommend obtaining appropriate travel insurance to protect your investment.
