- Children 5 y/o and below are free of charge. Max. No. of childrenallowed to stay for free depends on the type of unit booked. Consequently,Children that are above 3 ft. & 6 in. (in height) will becounted as additional guests (as adults).·
- Children 6 years old and above 3 ft. & 6 in, (height) will be chargeof php 950 inclusive of breakfast.
- Person with disability should be stated upon reservation for the resort doesn’t have elevator. Will block the room on the ground floor for the person with special needs.
- Resort will provide open space parking free of charge for the in house guest.

- In case of cancellation, the deposit made will be transferred torestaurant as consumable. ·
- Revision on booking 30 days prior to arrival date shall be free ofcharge.·
- Revision on booking 15 days prior to arrival date shall be charged full amount.·
- Re-booking of rooms will apply within 30 days from original date ofdeparture. Room cost shall be discretion of the Management and subject to room availability. ·
- No-shows on the day of arrival will likewise be charged on the entirestay.·
- Payment for any nights not used by in-house guest who opt to cut their stay short will not be refunded.
- Personal information is considered confidential within the Management.It will ONLY be part of data gathering for future use. ·
- The Management shall ensure at all times the confidentiality of anypersonal information that will be serve as documentation for any emergencies that can occur inside the resort premises.
- The Resort is not liable for any loss of valuables to in house guest. ·
- The resort will provide Safety Deposit Box in each room, in house guest must be mindful of their personal belongings at all times.
- Pina Colina Resort shall not be held accountable or liable for any failure to carry out arrangements specified that is directly or indirectly caused by through or results from war, change of statuses of Philippine Government, strikes, riots and acts of God or other circumstances beyond thecontrol of Pina Colina Resort.
- As part of the contract third party partner is entitled to take commission as part of the deal for promoting Pina Colina Resort on different online platforms, ·
- Constant coordination must be done for pre arrival, during arrival and after the stay of the guest to ensure satisfaction for the management and guest.
- The use of guns, explosives, combustible items, prostitution, gambling,contraband, poisons, and drugs are strictly prohibited on resort property. Anyloss or damage to resort property brought on by the visitor, their visitors, or anybody else for whom they are responsible will be held against them.
- It is agreed that the guest will act in a respectful manner, refrainfrom disturbing other guests, and not create any inconvenience or nuisance onthe resort’s property.·
- If a guest violates the resort’s rules and management policies, theresort management has the right to ask that person to leave the resort immediately, without giving a reason and without giving prior notice. In such a case, the guest is obligated to comply with the request. If there is a default,the resort management has the right to take the guest’s possessions and luggage out of their room.
