Check out after 11:00 PM will incur late check-out fee.

Valid identification for all guests is required upon check-in.

Alpas Siargao offers free Wi-Fi, bedlinen and towels. 

Alpas Siargao is an Eco-friendly hostel. To prevent the use of plastic, we encourage guests to bring their own tumblers/jugs and get to refill them at Alpas Siargao for free. To conserve water, we encourage guests to reuse and maximize towel usage. An additional Php50/towel will then be charged for extra towels.

 Guests will be liable to any damage to our property incurred during their stay. Guests check-in are responsible of taking care of the room they are checked in to.

Safety: Children 7 yo are not advised rooms located on the 2nd floor. Children must be supervised at all times.

Safety: Senior Citizens are not advised in rooms located on the 2nd floor. 

Unfortunately Alpas Siargao does not have wheelchair accessible facilities.

We honor Senior Citizen and PWD discount upon arrival, presentation of the Senior Citizen and PWD card, and personal appearance of the card holder.

Noise: We ask that you respect other guest’s by limiting the amount of noise after 10:00pm

Alpas Siargao is not liable for any injury, loss, damage or theft of guest property in the hostel premises and parking area.

The following are considered force majeure: water damage, accident, fire, strike, a natural catastrophe,

an interruption in the energy supply, a power outage, water and sewage problems, heating problems, Internet connection interruptions, and repairs, servicing and other similar work performed by third parties. Force majeure affecting Alpas Siargao shall be deemed as releasing Alpas Siargao from liability.

Alpas Siargao has a No Refund Policy. Including flight cancellations.

Alpas Siargao allows a one-time rebooking at least 3 days before check-in date.  All rebookings are subject to availability and any price differences in room rates. Valid within 12 months.
