Inn on the Creek is an elegant 20-room lodging property made up of a variety of fully restored structures situated on fourteen acres on the banks of spring-fed Salado Creek. The Inn provides private-club style service and gourmet dining to satisfy any five-star palate. The staff provides concierge services throughout your stay and is always happy to accommodate special requests, whether you are one of our cherished guests or a visiting dignitary. Rooms include replenishment of amenities for multiple-day stays and an upscale continental breakfast.
HISTORY
Our Inn is nestled along the banks of Salado Creek in the historic Village of Salado, Texas. The older section of the Inn was originally constructed in 1892 in nearby Cameron, Texas. The structure was doubled in size in 1985-86 after being moved to its present location. Our other adjacent structures have been moved from Belton, Holland, and Georgetown. The original wood details, trim and doors have been carefully cleaned and restored. The interiors are exquisitely renovated, with close attention to every detail.LODGING

After 1:00pm, if available, late check out room fee is $15 perhour.SMOKING POLICYWe are a smoke-free establishment. All of our guest rooms are non-smoking, however, smoking ispermitted outdoors in our lovely courtyard and on our verandas. Please be courteous whensmoking on the verandas and use the proper disposal area. Smoking in guest rooms will result in a$150 cleaning fee.PET POLICYWe are a pet friendly Inn and while we love our four-legged guest, we ask that owners strictly followour policies to ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests. There are limited rooms which maybe booked for stays with pets. There is a $25 pet fee when your pet is accompanying you. Your petmust be potty trained, able to be left alone without barking, and friendly. There is no size limit foranimals, but as the owner you are responsible for your pet and any problems that occur. If yourpet’s behavior compromises the comfort of other guests, you will be financially responsible for anylost revenue the Inn experiences due to guest complaints.Upon arrival, you must provide a phonenumber where you can be reached in case we need to contact you regarding your pet. If you planon leaving your pet unattended at any time during your stay, you must take precautions to securethem in a travel carrier or kennel. Prior to your stay, all pets must be on flea and heartwormprevention, as well as, up to date on their shots.
