Guests 5 years of age and above ARE PERMITTED.  
 
 Please reserve the reservation in the card holders name, upon arrival you will be requested to present the same credit card used. 

Any reservation that is a group, planning to take all the rooms for more than one night will be subject to a 30 day cancalation policy. If you are a wedding, please call us to confirm as additional charges may or may not need to be applied. 
Reservations that are taking extended stays of more than 1 week are under a 30 day cancellation policy. Any changes to the reservation 21 days or less before arrival will receive no refund UNLESS those rooms booked can be resold. 

Arrivals will adhere to important, easy guidelines about self check in that you will receive 6 days prior to arrival. If you are reserving sooner than that, then please know your access code is the last 4 digits of your reservation policy. 

Check ins are are Now ONLY Self Check-In between 3pm and 7:30pm unless otherwise agreed upon by the Inn Keeper. You will receive an automated email reminder 6 days prior to arrival with listed hours and an access code number for your arrival. 

The Last 4 digits of your reservation number are your access code, and will only work until 7:30 pm unless previously agreed upon with InnKeeper.

Check out time is 11am.  Sorry but we can't offer late check outs.  

 Early check-ins are usually not possible, please call ahead to confirm, but we can not garuntee any early arrival as we are a small property with only a few hands to make it perfect. 

Children under 5 are not permited, unless you are reserving ALL the rooms.  Guests arriving with children under 5 will not be permitted and not receive a refund. 

All reservations are based on per person rates. 
 
Pets are not permited  This means anything other than a human, yes that includes turtles. 

All rooms and balconies are non smoking.  Smoking may be done in the smoking area, outside the front entrance, where the ash tray is located. 

Guests are to be curtious to all other guests and minimize noise after 11pm. This is actually a local bylaw, any guest that needs more than 1 warning to quiet down, will be deemed and undesirable which will result in the removal from the property with NO REFUND in accordance with the BC Hoteliers Act. 

All rooms have snacks and drinks in the room that are "Pay what you want" this does not mean free and guests taking all food and drink without leaving a few dollars, will be charged a $1 for each item. 

The following items are not permitted in rooms: ice coolers, sports equipment, pets, shoes, firearms, nets, fishing poles, illegal drugs, blenders, tap shoes, power tools, light sabers, candles
 
Lights are to be turned off when guests are not in the rooms. ( lets save the Earth)
Shoes should be removed at the door of the rooms. Don't worry we are a small property, no one will take them though they may get fixed by a magical elf that lives in our Hallway.

Guests are to compliment the decore as much as possible

The INN Keeper reserves the right to change your room unless you have  made specail requests on reservation folio due to specail needs. (If a guest does not want to climb many stairs, they would ask for Serenity with a disclaimer such as, "I wish to only stay in Serenity suite, please do not upgrade me to the amazing Harmony suite")

Breakfast orders are taken at check in, for breakfast that is promptly at 8:00am.  

All rooms have ONE parking stall each, all content left in the vehicle is  not the responsibility of the Inn Keepers whom assumes no liabilty for lost or stolen items.
