 Thank you for your interest in staying at The Evergreen Bed & Breakfast! We eagerly await the chance to welcome you into our cozy haven. To ensure a velvety smooth check-in process and possibly save some cash (who doesn’t love that?), please acquaint yourself thoroughly with our policies below.

Age Requirement
Guests aged 5 and above are heartily welcomed! Unfortunately, our amenities are not suitable for infants or toddlers under 5, unless, of course, you're booking the entire venue!

Reservation Essentials
Always book under the cardholder's name, a photo ID will be asked for on the Digital registration, just to make sure you are who you say you are (no doppelgangers allowed!).

Digital Check-In Must-Dos
All guests will receive a message to complete digital check-in prior to arrival to obtain your sacred check-in code. This must be completed to pave your way to our delightful abode. Complete this wizard’s job before arrival, and we shall send you the sacred knowledge in only 5 steps for a hassle-free entry into our realm!

Cancellation Policy
Plan ahead because cancellations are free until 8 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Any detailed plans involving groups or longer stays (beyond a week or encompassing all rooms) fall under a 30-day cancellation policy. For any last-minute schedule scrapping (less than 21 days before arrival), refunds are only possible if we can re-book your room.

Before you embark on a journey into our world of enchantment and coziness, let's reiterate a crucial policy to ensure your stay is as smooth as a silk cloak rippling in the wind:
Arrival and Check-In
Self Check-in is the way to go! Available from 3 PM to 7:30 PM. Watch out for that automated messages we send 6 days before your arrival—it’s armed with everything you need including your digital check-in details if you have not already completed them.

Check-Out Formalities
All good things must come to an end, and for us, that’s at 11 AM sharp. Late check-outs are not on the menu, I’m afraid.

Children and Pets Policy
No little tykes under 5, unless you’re reserving all the rooms (talk about a house party!). Pets, as adorable as they are, must also stay behind—this includes your ninja turtles. As our humble abode is a residential haven, even the noblest of service animals may face the dread of being turned away.

Room Rules
We strive to keep our rooms pristine and cozy, thus no ice coolers, shoes, or lightsabers allowed. Please treat our walls and residents with respect; excessive noise post-11 PM will invoke the BC Hoteliers Act, leading to swift exits with no refunds. Only one warning is given, though if you are deemed and undesirable due to your behavior or lack of civility, You will be expelled immediately. 

Parking and Liability
Every room gets ONE parking stall. Remember, anything left in your car is under your care

Cancellation Capers, Take Two
Free your reservations from their earthly bindings up to 7 days before your grand entrance. For those who plan in groups or for longer stays, remember the 30-day cancellation marathon—a true test of valor!
You are free to cancel your reservation until 8 days prior to arrival for a normal stay. WE CHARGE THE CARD ON FILE 7 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL .

Lockup Liabilities, Lost Keys and Damages Done
Misplace your room's key, and you will find yourself  covering the costs of a new lock. Guard your magical talisman—our walls know not the secrets of safeguarding them! And should mischief find its way into our haven, damages shall fall upon the brave soul who dared incur them. Note: Only thrice in our storied time as keepers of this mystical inn have we beheld the need to hold guests accountable for damages, a testament to the valor of our esteemed visitors.
