Elagh CottagesProperty policy
No smoking allowed inside ElaghCottages.
Any excessive noise or bad behaviour may result in your stay being cancelled.
Travelingwith Minors
Elagh Cottages will try to accommodateminors. We may allow more than 4 person occupancy to accommodate minors in somecircumstance. Travel cots and high chairs are available upon request. Bookingof these amenities must be done in advance of stay to guarantee availability.
Bookings
A 30% deposit must be paid before anybookings are accepted. At the discretion of Elagh Cottages, full prepayment maybe required. Elagh Cottages do not accept payment via cheque.
Arrivaland departure
Cottages are usually available from 2pmlocal time on the day of arrival. However in some exceptional circumstancesthis may change. It is at the discretion of Elagh Cottages to reimburse guestfor any inconvenience caused. Departure is by 11am local time. Failureto check out by 11am local time will entitle Elagh Cottages to charge anadditional fee. Guests who are aware that they will bearriving at the Cottages before 2pm local time should inform management bytelephone on 02871 515072 prior to arrival. We cannot guarantee that Cottageswill be available before 2pm.
Paymentand Terms at Check-in, Check-out
All rooms must be fully paid on checkin.Rooms will be inspected at checkout;guest will be liable for any damage caused during their stay.
Accessibilityor Special Needs
All Cottages are accessible due to beingon the ground floor but our internal facilities does not have any extraequipment fitted to accommodate those with special needs.
Parking
Private onsite parking is provided freeof charge. We allow for two cars per unit maximum, we cannot guarantee spacefor additional vehicles.
Events
Elagh Cottages will run eventsthroughout the year. We recommend that you check our Website and Facebook pagefor events before booking. Prices during these periods may vary.

Liability3rdParty Rights
A person who is not aparty to these terms and conditions has no right under the UK Contracts (Rightsof Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of this agreement but this doesnot affect any right or remedy of a third party that exists or is availableapart from that Act.
Rights of Termination for Cause
Exceptas otherwise provided in this Agreement, neither party shall have the right toterminate their obligations under this Agreement. This Agreement is, however,subject to termination for cause without liability to the terminating party,under any of the following conditions:
Force Majeure
The performance of this Agreement is subject toacts of God, government authority, disaster, war, acts of terrorism, strikes orsimilar emergency beyond the parties’ control, any one of which make performance commerciallyimpracticable, illegal or impossible.It is provided that this Agreement may be terminated for any one or more ofsuch reasons by written notice from one party to the other withoutliability. The ability toterminate this Agreement without liability pursuant to this paragraph isconditioned upon delivery of written notice to the other party setting forththe basis for such termination as soon as reasonably practical – but in noevent longer than ten (10) days – after learning of such basis.
