Bookings cancelled at least 20 days prior to arrival date will receive 100% refund. Bookings cancelled 20 to 10 days prior to arrival date will receive 50% refund. Bookings cancelled less than 10 days prior to arrival date will receive NO refund.

Credit cards must be used to guarantee your reservation. Full payment must be received at least 15 days prior to the arrival date.

Only 2 guests per room, no additional guests are allowed.
No children under 9 years are allowed. Please contact us before making reservations if you have a child over 9 years old. Extra rates will apply.
Breakfast is served ONLY on weekends (Saturday & Sunday). NO breakfast is served on weekdays.
No pets are allowed on the property.
Absolutely NO SMOKING of any kind is permitted. Violators will be charged $500.
No visitors, parties or gatherings are allowed on the property.
No commercial photography or film making without the written concect of management.
Parking is available on street only. Please don't park or block the shared driveway.
All group bookings via group discounted rate and bookings via promo rate are nonrefundable.
