DEPOSIT POLICY
Direct bookings will only be considered confirmed when a 50% guarantee deposit or making full payment for the stay has been received.
If you require an invoice, you must request it at Check-in time.
In case of exceeding the capacity limit of people per room (2 people in Deluxe King and Master Suite- 4 people in Deluxe Double and Junior Suite) any extra person in the room will be fined 1,000 pesos plus taxes per night. Additional services to those of the room will not be provided.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations with FLEXIBLE RATES allow changes or cancellations up to 3 days before the arrival date without any charge; in case of canceling 2 days or less prior, the total cost will be collected.
Reservations with NON-REFUNDABLE RATES do not allow changes or cancellations.


TERMS AND CONDITIONS
It is the guest's responsibility to read each of the points marked in these regulations carefully.

We reserve the right of admission if guests arrive intoxicated.
The hotel will have the right to interrupt the accommodation of the guest who exhibits bad behavior within the property.
I agree to vacate my room at 11:00 a.m. on the day of my departure. If necessary, I authorize the hotel to remove and store my belongings from the room without making them responsible.
The use of common areas is from 8:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
The hotel is not responsible for valuables left unguarded by me. If any item requires storage, the hotel will protect it free of charge upon receipt in writing.
The hotel is not responsible for theft or damage to cars inside the property and objects left inside.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside or outside the premises (including electronic cigarettes).
Holding meetings in the rooms is forbidden out of respect for other guests.
The use of any sound equipment is not permitted in common areas and rooms.
I agree to pay the hotel for any damage or missing objects in the room.
Although the facilities of this hotel are not designed for adults, minors are  welcome.
Guests traveling with minors must take care of their children at all times, the hotel will not be responsible for accidents.
Pets are not allowed, except for service dogs*
I agree to respect the order of the hotel and maintain respectful conduct at all times.

*Service dog policy
Guests must notify the hotel that they are traveling with a service dog at least 48 hours before arrival.
The guest must send proof of his current doctor that accredits the animal as a service dog.
No more than 2 service dogs will be accepted at the hotel at a time; this rule will apply to the reservation that arrives immediately after the first.
The service dog owner must present the vaccination card upon arrival, which must be current and the date of its last deworming that is not more than 6 months old.
There will be a charge of 300 pesos for each duvet or blanket that the housekeeper reports with the animal's smell or hair, and 1000 pesos if there are traces of urine or feces inside the room.
The guest will be responsible for covering 100% of the costs involved in repairing or replacing the hotel property that the service dog has damaged.
There should be no barking or howling, regardless of whether guests are in your room, especially during the night.
As the owner of the service dog, the guest will be 100% responsible for any incident that may occur.
The hotel disclaims any responsibility if the animal gets sick, escapes, or suffers an accident while inside the hotel.
