After the expiry of the cancellation period, 100 % of the total amount will be charged.
During fair times applies a different cancellation policy.
Terms and Conditions
In case if the arrival time of the guest will not be within the working hours of the front desk , the property management will check-in the guest online and provide him in advance or at request via ( e-mail / sms / phone call ) with the apartment no. and the (access numeric code key) in order to enter the property and the apartment as-well .
The maximum number of extra beds is one bed per suite .
Public parking is available nearby by the location (reservation is not possible) and charges apply.
The Boarding may charge a security deposit during the check-in, This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the property .

Private parties & loud music are not allowed .
