Warm alpine style house, run by its owners to experience Iguazu in a personal and unique way, surrounded by native trees and a huge garden with local birds, in the center of the city, close enough to everything so as not to miss all the activities and local shops, but far enough away to be able to sit down to read, work or simply relax in warm and bright rooms with large closets, individual air conditioning hot / cold and open views to the pool or gardens.
The house is minutes from all public means of transport, entertainment areas and two blocks from the gastronomic area, in a very quiet neighborhood, close to the Center.

Late check-out (after 10:00 AM and before 12:00 PM) may result in a fee.
Property and Cancelation Policies :
We require a 50% deposit to confirm your reservation, this deposit is non-refundable.
All room reservations must be modified at least 5 days prior to arrival;
Changes (early departure or fewer room nights) are not accepted 5 days or less prior to arrival.
Deposit — Payment must be made within 48 hours of booking, the accommodation will contact you to send you a payment link or bank details. If you cancel your reservation at any time, the money will not be refunded for any reason.
No Show - No show is considered when the guest does not arrive on the expected arrival day. The room will be held until 12AM the following morning at which time the reservation will be considered as cancelled if no contact has been made by the guest and the full balance will be due.

Arrival Time — We require your flight details or an arrival time here at Casa Folks at least 48 hours prior to your arrival so that we are ready to greet you at the guesthouse and open the door for you. Please let us know if your estimated arrival time changes. Casa Folks allows guest arrivals between 2:00 PM and 9:00 PM.
Guest Names — We require the full names of ALL booked guests at least 48 hours PRIOR to your arrival.
Check-In/Check-Out Policy — Check-in time is 2:00 PM. Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Early check-in is available if your room is not occupied from the previous night. To guarantee early check-in and breakfast on your arrival date for 50% of the daily rate, please contact the property to check availability. Late check-out is available if your room is not occupied that night for 50% of the daily rate until 6:00 PM. Otherwise, we will take care of your luggage while you make the most of the day until check-in or check-out time. All guests who have checked out must vacate Casa Folks by 6:00 PM on the day of their departure.
Room Rates & Currency — Prices are in USD for single or double occupancy. Prices include breakfast, wi-fi, and coworking area.
Payment — We accept cash, bank transfer, or credit/debit card as payment for your stay. Payments are accepted in Argentine pesos, Brazilian reales, US dollars, and euros at free rate.
Breakfast — Breakfast is served on the garden terrace or in our dining room from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM.
Housekeeping — Rooms are cleaned daily between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM.
Linens and Towels — Please be careful to remove sunscreen and makeup with soap and water before using white linens and towels. Sunscreen and makeup can leave permanent stains on linens. This guest house has made it a priority to help preserve our natural resources. Reusing towels helps the environment by allowing us to eliminate the disposal of thousands of gallons of detergent into the water each year. If you wish to use your towel more than once, please hang it on the towel rack. Otherwise, please leave it in the sink. We appreciate your support in this program.
Guest Responsibilities — As a guest of our hotel you must respect other guests. No drugs or violent behavior. Any type of threatening or violent behavior towards our staff members or other guests is not tolerated and you must leave the hotel premises immediately. You will also be prohibited from staying at our hotel forever.
- Clean Atmosphere Policy: Our properties have a strict no smoking/no vaping and no drug policy. Smoking is permitted in outdoor areas only, please do not throw cigarette remains in the gardens. If you choose to ignore this policy, we have a minimum charge of USD 100, plus any additional costs associated with restoring the unit to its original condition. No drugs of any kind may be consumed anywhere in the accommodation, otherwise you will be immediately evicted and no refund will be given.
Minimum Stay — A minimum stay of 2 nights is required, unless it is New Years or Carnival, in which case a 3 or 4 night stay is required.
Child Policy — Guests 15 years and older only.
Visitors — No outside guests are allowed.
Pets — Please note that we have three friendly cats on the premises. Guest pets are not permitted.
Keys — One set of keys is provided for each room. If keys are lost, a charge will be made to your statement to replace them, no exceptions.
