Payment Policy: As of November 11, 2023, our hotel has implemented a newpayment policy to streamline your booking and check-in process. To enhance yourexperience, we will charge your credit card on file up to 48 hours PRIOR toyour stay for the length of your stay. Some exceptions may apply.  The charge will be based on the rate youbooked and will include all applicable fees. Please review the updated paymentpolicy below for more details: 

1. PaymentAuthorization:When you make a reservation with us, we will request a validcredit card to secure your booking. This card will be used for paymentpurposes, as specified below.This card may be authorized prior to your stay. Thepre-authorization is not an actual charge. It is a hold on the funds in youraccount, and the specific amount may vary depending on your booking details. 

2. PaymentProcessing: A charge will be processed on your credit card up to 48hours PRIOR to your scheduled arrival date. The charge amount will bedetermined by the rate you booked, as follows: If you have reserved a non-refundable rate, the total amountof your stay, including taxes and any applicable fees, will be charged. If you have booked a flexible rate, a partial charge mayoccur to guarantee your reservation. The remaining balance (if any) will becharged upon check-in or as specified during the booking process. 

3. Payment Method:We accept most major credit cards for payments, includingVisa, MasterCard, and American Express.  Debitcards may also be accepted, but please be aware that charges on debit cards mayaffect the availability of funds in your account. 

4. Modifications andCancellations: We request a 48‐hour notice of cancelations. If we don'treceive notice by 3 p.m. two days before your stay, we will charge your creditcard for 1 night's stay. 5. Payment Confirmation:Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmationemail with details of your booking and payment. Please retain this for yourrecords. 6. We are a non‐smoking hotel. If found to be smoking in a room, you will be charged a $200.00 cleaning fee on your credit card.

We are a pet-free hotel. If found to have a pet in your room, you will be charged a $200.00 cleaning fee on your credit card.

In accordance with Wisconsin State Legislature 97.627, any person who, by smoking or attempting to light or to smoke cigarettes, cigars, pipes, or tobacco, in any manner in which lighters or matches are employed, shall, in a careless, reckless, or negligent manner, set fire to any bedding, furniture, curtains, drapes, house, or any household fittings, or any part of any building specified in sub. (2) so as to endanger life or property in any way or to any extent, shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $250, together with costs, or imprisoned not less than ten days nor more than six months, or both.

Under State Statue 97.623 (2), hotels are required to offer emergency assistance to people with disabilities. The Statue reads 97.623(2): Every hotel shall offer to every guest, at the time of registration for accommodation and of making a reservation for accommodation, an opportunity to identify himself or herself as a person needing assistance in an emergency because of a physical condition and shall keep a record at the registration desk of where each person so identified is lodged. No hotel may lodge any person so identified in areas other than those designated by the local fire department as safe for persons so identified, based on the capabilities of apparatus normally available to the fire company or companies assigned the first alarm. A person who does not identify himself or herself as permitted in this subsection may be lodged in the same manner as any other guest. Violation of this subsection shall be punished by a forfeiture of not more than $50 for the first violation and not more than $100 for each subsequent violation.
