CANCELLATION POLICY
Upon confirmation of reservation, Sussurro reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee unless the reservation is cancelled within 24 hours of the original confirmation of the reservation. Applicable cancellation fee equivalent to:
Force Majeure In the event of a confirmed reservation being cancelled as a result of a Force Majeure event (including but not limited to, natural or man induced disasters, epidemics or pandemics or if the government of Mozambique has closed its borders to traveler(s) for any reason including travelers being refused visas upon or prior to arrival, or in the event that Sussurro is forced to cancel a confirmed reservation as a result of a Force Majeure Event or breach by traveler or agent of the above Terms and Conditions, the aforementioned cancellation policy will apply.
Upon confirmation of reservation, Sussurro reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee unless the reservation is cancelled within 24 hours of the original confirmation of the reservation. Applicable cancellation fee equivalent to:
•Cancellation at more than 45 days prior to arrival attract a 25% cancellation penalty.
•Cancellation at 45 days or less prior to arrival attract a 100% cancellation fee.

Terms and Conditions
PAYMENT TERMS
• Accommodation rates are per person per night sharing
• 2 night stay minimum booking
• All pricing is indicative and subject to exchange rate fluctuations
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required within 2 weeks of confirming a reservation
Final payment will be required 14 days prior to arrival. • For bookings made less than 45 days prior to arrival, full payment is required within 7 days of reservation
• Failure to remit payment on due dates will result in cancellation of and our cancellation policy will apply
• SUSSURRO LDA is not to be held liable for any exchange rate fluctuations.
• Clients are responsible for applicable bank charge amounts that may be payable for international
transfers•Visitors are recommended to check with their Foreign Offices, Consular section and travel agent for
current visa requirements, travel, health and safety advisories. No fee will be removed from your card at point of booking online, our reservation team will contact you with an invoice and further information within 24 hours of booking.
