Property and Cancelation Policies :
A 25% deposit is required to assure reservation. This amount is non refundable, except for exceptional situations assessed in the specific case.
After 24 hours without proof of payment the pre-booking may be canceled. Payment of the remaining amount must be made at check in. The prices shown include taxes.
In case of "no show", reduced stay informed within 7 days of check in, or early check out, the reservation will be charged in full.
These rules may not apply to promotional rates or non refundable rates (100% payment at time of booking)
All under age guests (-18) must be accompanied by an adult.

CHECK IN - CHECK OUT
We do not have a 24-hour reception, so it is essential that you inform us of your estimated time of arrival.
Check-in time: after 3pm. It is possible to check-in earlier, check with us!
Upon check-in, a valid photo ID is required for all guests.
Access to the property is done through a numeric code, which will be delivered in person at check in or, if we can´t be present for check in, sent to the customer before the estimated time of arrival.
If you book a Twin room, please let us know if you prefer 1 double bed or 2 single beds.
We are a family hostel. If you need a cot, please let us know. If we have availability, children under 3 years are accommodated free of charge.
GENERAL RULES
We can welcome guest with reduced mobility, contact us for further information.
All bookings include breakfast, except promotional rates and long term stays.
All bookings include bed linen and bath towels. It is strictly forbidden to take white bath towels outside the hostel, but we have beach towels to lend.
The hostel is cleaned daily. If extra cleaning or bed linen / towels are required, contact the staff (charges may apply).
There is no curfew, but the hours of silence(23h-8h) must be respected by everyone.
Parties and events are not allowed without authorization from the staff. The kitchen and other common areas must be kept clean at all times, otherwise a cleaning fee may apply.
This is a non-smoking hostel, so smoking is only allowed outside.
We do not have a private car park but there are parking areas, both free and paid, in the vicinity.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Damage and loss caused by guests, by way of fraud or negligence, will be the responsibility of the customer.
We reserve the right to end, without refund, the stay of any guest who violates the rules of the hostel, demonstrates aggressive behavior or disturbs other customers.
We love animals, but we cannot receive them at the hostel.
