Late check-out (after 12:00 PM and before 8:00 PM) may result in a fee.

Within 24 hours : 1 day room charge
Within 48 hours : 30% of first night room charge
Within 72 hours : 10% of first night room charge
Over 72 hours: Free Cancellation
Cancellation fee application is based on 2pm of your check in date

All refunded will be made after deducting service charges and tax if any
Refund amount will be deposited to either BDO or GCASH accounts only.
Refund request for the Credit/Debit card payment takes 7-30 banking days.
Terms and Conditions
- All room rates are inclusive of Gov't tax
- Check in time is 3pm onwards and check out time is 12 noon.
- Early check-in is subject to room availability. Additional charges may apply. From 4am to 8am - 50% and 8am to 12nn - 25% of our base rates will be added.
- Rooms are good for 2 persons only (4 for family room) and 1 child below 10 years old sharing bed with parents is allowed.
- Security deposit of 1,000 pesos should be in cash and it is refundable upon check-out
- Extra person with extra bed will be an additional charge of 700 pesos.
- Parking is free for hotel guests however, hotel will not be responsible with any damage or missing items inside car while parking.
- Guests must inform hotel about unregisterd visitor and visitors staying 10pm onward are not allowed.
- Although we love pets but we do not allow pets in our property.
- We want you to have a great time when you are here. But if things get too crazy, we go by the old-school rule of ‘you break it, you buy it’ and property damages or missing items will be charged at market value. Pre-existing damages or room issues must be reported to the front desk immediately after registration to avoid responsibility and potential charges.
- All guests must be 18 years or older to confirm guestroom accommodations. A valid photo ID must be presented at the time of check in for age verification.
- We provide limited room cleaning service during this pandemic. We will clean your room or refresh your towels upon your request
