The cancellation policy comes into effect after the official confirmation of the reservation (or the confirmation of a change of reservation). The cancellation policy applies when a client, provider, or whoever requests the service cancels the room reservation for reasons beyond Riverlodge's control.All cancellations must be made by email and are processed according to business hours from Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00 hrs., the cancellation request received after 17:00 p.m. it will not take effect until the next business day. If we receive a cancellation on a holiday or weekend, it will not be effective until the next business day from that date, the days or hours of cancellation of the service will be counted, which will have a cancellation charge.2.1 If the cancellation of a reservation is made between 15 and 10 days before the date of arrival already confirmed, they have a cancellation charge of 20% of the total value of the stay.2.2 If the cancellation is made between 9 to 4 days before the confirmed stay, a cancellation charge of 50% of the total value of the service will be made.2.3 If the cancellation is made within 48 hours or the same day of arrival at the Lodge, 100% of the total value of the service will be charged, it is subject to the policies of charges for no SHOW in which no refund will be made.NO SHOWIn case of not arriving and staying on the agreed date and time, 100% of the cost of the service will be charged for cancellation fees.2.4 In the event that the passenger decides for the reason that this is to withdraw from their stay at the Lodge during the period that they have reserved, it is understood that it is their own responsibility and that Riverlodge is free of any responsibility and there will be no no refund.

When there is a balance owed for the reservation, it must be paid when entering the Hotel.
