1. Please be informed that the first postponement is complimentary, provided it is made at least 7 days prior to your scheduled check-in date. For any subsequent postponement, a fee of ฿1000 will be levied. Kindly note that refunds are only granted in exceptional circumstances, such as accidents, bereavement, or flight cancellations.

2. Please note that cooking or making fires is strictly prohibited on the premises. Violations will result in a ฿10,000  charge.

3. We regret to inform you that pets are not allowed at Hideout KohKood Resort

4. All ferry tickets include cab transportation to the resort. Just inform the ferry staff of your destination, and they will assist you accordingly.

5. Prior to your arrival, kindly double-check all reservation details and transportation tickets. This will allow us to quickly resolve any issues that may arise.
