Late check-out (after 11:00 and before 18:00) may result in a fee.
Property and Cancelation Policies :
- A valid credit card is required to guarantee the reservation.
- Pre-authorization of 100% of the room charge will be collected at the point of booking for all reservations. For Standard rate, any cancellation or modification has to be done 2 days prior to arrival to avail for full refund.
- For promotional rates, you will be charged 100% at the point of booking. There will be no refunds on cancellations. Cancellation will result in 100% forfeiture of the booking.
- Amendment of stay is possible at a fee of SGD50 but subjected to room availability and rate difference.
- 100% room charge applies for any No Show booking.
Management reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
Terms and Conditions
1. Check In & Check Out
Official check-in time is at 3.00pm and check-out time is at 11:00am on departure date as stated above
2. Cleaning Schedule
LK Residences is a serviced apartment and cleaning is done once weekly. Cleaning schedule will be provided upon arrival.
3. Incidental,Deposits & Payment Terms
A refundable Incidental Deposit of SGD$200 is required upon check in for all lease period.
3. Other Prevailing Terms & Conditions
- Any amendments or cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to arrival; excluding Non-refundable rate plans. Any No-show will be chargeable subjecting to full duration of the booking.
- We are a non-smoking Serviced Residences. A charge of SGD$200 per occurrence applies to any resident smoking within our premises.
- No Durian is allowed in the hotel premises. Cleaning fees of SGD100 will be imposed.
Credit card used as mode of guarantee/ payments has to be produced during check-in for verification purpose. Hotel reserved the rights to only accept bookings made in the name of credit card holder.
