Cancellations must be notified at least 15 days prior to arrival in order to avoid penalty.

There is no minimum age for entry. Those under 18 years of age must have supervision or authorization authenticated by their parents.
Pets are welcomed. The hotel allows pets of any size for an additional fee of $50.000 COP per pet, per night. At check-in good practices and policy will be informed.
Take care of your belongings and personal objects, we are not responsible for losses.

The entrance of food and drinks is not allowed.
The use of the sound equipment should be moderate, and it is prohibited after 9 pm.
You can enter the hotel from 9:00 a.m. to enjoy the common areas and the room is delivered at 3:00 p.m. Rooms might be delivered before subject to availability.
After check-out the hotel can store your bags and guests can stay and use the public facilities and pay for further activities or food and beverage services.
Re-scheduling: If you want to change the date of your stay, you must do so at least 8 days before check-in date. The change is subject to room availability and seasonal rate adjustments.

In development with the provisions of article 17 of Law 679 of 2001, the hotel warns the guest that the exploitation and sexual abuse of minors in the country are punished criminally and civilly in accordance with the legal provisions.

SUMMER C assumes no responsibility if adverse weather conditions, turbulent waters, rain, or other natural events considered as force majeure occur during the service provision.The guests will be informed by SUMMER C about the food provided during their stay, and they will release SUMMER C from any liability in case of allergies and/or dietary restrictions that have not been previously informed by them. If the guest fails to deliver personal items they wish to be kept safe by SUMMER C, SUMMER C will be exempted from any responsibility in case of loss or damage to the guest's belongings, such as money, credit or debit cards, cash, traveler's checks, jewelry, cameras, equipment, utensils, cell phones, tablets, or any other electronic devices, as these belongings will be under the sole and exclusive control of the guest. Likewise, adults and/or parents acknowledge that the custody and care of minors under their responsibility are their sole and exclusive responsibility, and they release SUMMER C from any liability regarding the care of minors.

Guests hereby grant prior, express, and informed authorization to SUMMER C to take photographs and/or videos of their image or to make magnetic recordings of their voice on any media, including television, cinema, radio, graphics, the Internet, as well as authorize, in accordance with our personal data treatment policies published on the hotel's website, the processing of their data for reporting purposes to Entities that require it, such as credit and financial entities, and for commercial and advertising purposes, etc. They authorize SUMMER C to use these materials for advertising purposes of the hotel, without generating any right to compensation of any kind, for an indefinite period. Therefore, the guest waives any claims related to this matter.Guests grant prior, express, and informed authorization to SUMMER C to disclose all types of materials.
