Welcome to Double Oaks! Built in 1906 and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1985, this stately Colonial Revival mansion is a prominent piece of Greensboro's history. Whether you’re here for one night or one week, for a wedding or a meeting, for business or pleasure, we hope you’ll make Double Oaks your second home in the Piedmont. Take in the history, and make some of your own.

Terms and Conditions

Breakfast: Breakfast is served from 7 to 10 a.m. daily, though we can sometimes accommodate special time requests. Our menu features regular staples as well as a rotating special, and guests may choose to eat in the dining room, on the porches, or in the library. Guests may also order and have breakfast delivered directly to their rooms.

Children: Well-behaved children ages 12 and up are welcome at Double Oaks, if accompanied by an adult at all times. If you have children younger than 12, arrangements can be made, but please call us to discuss your accommodations and needs.

Pets: We do not allow pet visitors at this time.

Smoking: We are a non-smoking establishment, but there is a designated space outdoors where you may smoke. Please dispose of your trash and be mindful of other guests.

Damage: Should any damage be caused by a guest, we reserve the right to charge the card on file for reparations.
