Reservations must be cancelled 72 hours (3 days) prior to arrival date to avoid forfeiture of deposit. During special events the cancellation policy varies, please confirm if your stay date is during a special event.

Minimum age to check in is 18 years old for all guests in room except for children travelling with legal parent or guardian. All guests will be charged an additional security deposit of USD 75.00, which is due upon arrival and is refundable at check out if no damages to unit. All guests from age 18-24 years will pay an additional security deposit per person of USD 75.00.
